I usually stay at Quality Inn when traveling. Whiteville is a small down with only two hotels. It…read morejust seems like it should take better care of the maintenance of its properties. I stayed the first time in September , 2024, no problems. The room seem to be newly renovated. On Oct. 12, 2024, a different story. The room was quite different, carpet dirty, bathroom door inside bathroom busted and outside of same door mirror cracked. I took pictures and brought it to the attention of the front desk. I was given a copy of the report. The first stay was on the 1st floor and the 2nd stay was on the 2nd floor, which had no elevator. The price for what I got was Ridiculous. I will never stay there again. I see since I stayed their price went up. The staff is the most friendly and kind people. Everyone so respectful and helpful.

This place is way over priced for quality. There is no way these rooms actually get cleaned! It…read morewon't even let me post more than 10 photos on here. There was what looked like Cheetos stains on the bed when we checked upon arriving (I checked the reviews after I booked it) the bedding was all stained, had hairs on it, trash behind the bed, live spiders living in a web in the tub, holes in the wall, mold/mildew everywhere, paint separated from the wall peeling, the vents were covered in dust, shower drain had lots of hair in it, no sink stopper, coffee making looked gross on the inside. I've never been in a hotel this disgusting before.

It's not…read moreyour traditional Inn with a check in desk and bellmen; rather you check in with an entry code sent to your email before your stay. There is no official front desk, so we spoke with the people at the stand by the parking lot, and they were able to share information and assist bringing my parents' bags to their room, up a flight of stairs. There's a small sitting area on the balcony outside the rooms, and each room has its own unique decor. We love the eye for detail and design. Our room is The Hamptons, with two double beds and a separate room with TV and sitting area and desk (though it is open to the bedroom because no doors exist in the doorway; it would be cool if they had sliding doors to separate the spaces). The bar downstairs is lively and fun with amazing cocktails and a few small bite options, and it operates from the backyard yard of the Inn, so be prepared for a bit of noise from that and the street to filter into the room especially on weekends. This bar doubles as the Concord Espresso House that serves amazing espresso drinks and pastries in the morning. The indoor seating is low key elegant, a great spot to sit and start your morning.

This room needs a complete update. I cannot believe this Inn has reviews that are good. The Inn could be beautiful with the right owners.

The room was clean and spacious which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was even being close to the highway. It's definitely a great stop if you're traveling and need a place to unwind. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern and well-kept. Breakfast was available, which was convenient, though the selection could be a little better depending on your expectations. Still, it was nice to have that option before heading out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Lumberton. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I was given a room on the top floor and even given a recommendation for dinner. When I arrived, there was a baby shower in the lobby, and possibly a family reunion. My room was large and almost clean. There were two white substances on the counter. It didn't photograph so well in the light, but one I took without the light on. It appeared to be missed in cleaning the counter. The WIFI was great, and there was a good selection of television stations. I could hear some of the traffic from the highway, so I adjusted the fan to stay on to buffer it. But it wasn't an issue I first thought it would be. The hotel had a pool and a small fitness room. Breakfast was great. When I got there, the lobby was full of high school or college students heading to a robotics competition. It was hard to find a seat. But waffles, breads, cereals, oatmeal, as well as hot foods were offered. I believe there were yogurts and some fruit as well. The breakfast area was well attended to, and she kept the selections stocked. I am planning a return here in May and hope for another great stay.
