It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid. I am increasing the stars to two because they responded well to my bad experience.

Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! I'm now ready to hire an attorney because living with termites is not fun especially with major health issues plus the termites are destroying my home something Truly Nolan could care less about! We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.
