Soon we will, too! They were incredibly affordable, too. Our guy came out & was very polite & he quickly found some fungus on my gardenia bush that I had no idea was there! I appreciated his vigilance because I really don't want to lose my gardenias. He got major bonus points from me because he talked to my two yippy dogs. My lawn & landscaping will be very happy this year!

I am incredibly disappointed with Super Home Services (Paragon Pest Control). My lawn was…read moreperfectly healthy until their application on September 1st. Within 24 hours of that treatment, a large, extensive area of my grass completely shriveled and died. On that exact same day, a mature, woody butterfly bush in my yard was also completely destroyed by their chemicals. Management immediately admitted fault for the chemical damage to the bush by issuing an account credit the very next day (September 2nd). However, when it came to the massive, costly, damage done to the lawn on that exact same day, they refused to take responsibility. While they did send someone out to look at the yard, management ultimately used the visit to make excuses-sending a defensive email blaming the "rain and nature." Because of this damage and lack of accountability, I initiated a cancellation of my service. In response, management abruptly discontinued all accounts to completely walk away from the damage. Now their "account credit" for the destroyed bush is useless. I am stuck with a massive area of dead turf requiring expensive, professional labor, and materials to resod, while waiting weeks to see if they actually mail the refund they promised. If you value your property, your hard-earned money, and customer service that stands behind their mistakes, look elsewhere. Do not trust this company with your lawn.

Day one of new construction is a bug infested spider breeding ground but it wasn't long after our initial treatment everything started to reduce population. If we do see a bug it's dead so it works and as we thought moving into bug city Premium Pest came out once per our request and that was the last time we had to call outside of scheduled service. 12 months in we have normal bugs but barely. Everything is pretty well gone. Another thing I think is important regarding service effectiveness is that we still have zero lizards to eat bugs around here. Thank you Edward and team

This was our first call to get a quote, then we had another company come by and he just walked around the house, no attic inspection, no roof inspection to see where the entry points all were. This other company just asked "what did they quote you?" And went $100 under the Florida wildlife quote, they had no game plan to present. With that, I knew right away Florida Wildlife was the company to go with to handle our situation and trusted to patch up our house. They stayed in great communication the whole time via text, and left no stone unturned. Highly recommend!
