UPDATE: after posting this initial review (raccoon removal from attic space) miraculously was sent a text message that a technician will be coming next day to service my property, but they came and went, initially was told before contract payment that after pest removal and sealing entry point, would clean/disinfect attic space, all technician said was he found no dead pests, rodents, they just went into attic space, observed and walked away with no cleaning done, not what I was told to sell their service to me, again not satisfied with work paid for, since this incident I have acquired the services of a local lawn pest control company for my yard. Protek Lawn of Palm Bay has done great work so far! Again, not looking to use Terminix again!
