Paid for service plan, not all work to be done finalized, Tried to call original contact Person, doesn't answer text or respond to my leaving messages as his phone always goes to voicemail, answered his phone when I was having to make payment, after payment no, although most of agreement work has been completed, but remaining work not finalized as of yet, to be ignored and out on the backburner, want work paid for all completed, called their main company support to complain about work not yet completed, they took my info to upscale my request to finish and two days later no one has called or try to contact me email or text, very frustrating won't be looking to do any work with them any time soon! UPDATE: after posting this initial review (raccoon removal from attic space) miraculously was sent a text message that a technician will be coming next day to service my property, but they came and went, initially was told before contract payment that after pest removal and sealing entry point, would clean/disinfect attic space, all technician said was he found no dead pests, rodents, they just went into attic space, observed and walked away with no cleaning done, not what I was told to sell their service to me, again not satisfied with work paid for, since this incident I have acquired the services of a local lawn pest control company for my yard. We would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT trust this company to come into your home. We purchased a home in Palm Bay & the previous owner was a sweet old lady who was probably scammed by this company. They charged her for work that their tech admitted did not get done including hole filling and cleanup. We have a work order with a paid bill from the previous owners that they were to come out here and fill holes in the house and take care of a rat infestation when she moved out. Upon going up into our attic with the technician for an assessment for a new contract we found a rat with a knife through it which means they never came back and cleaned up. It was discussed that they would send out another technician to take care of the rat problem free of charge to us. A technician came out and set the traps on Thursday and told us he would return on Saturday, he never returned. We called the local office and the global office and we were told our issue would be escalated immediately, we never received a call. We have now been on the phone with the global and local office for a few hours going back and forth about how they are not going to help us because they want to speak to the prior owner who is dead. We are now being told someone will call us within 48 hours & that is the only answer they can give us while we actively have a rat infestation that they could have prevented by doing their jobs in the first place and not scamming the prior owner. read more

Cedric Clicquot a technician was at a neighbor's residence, I thought he was in the area for service at our house, after speaking with and him checking our account it was discovered that our service was temporarily suspended; after servicing the neighbor he stopped by and "wiped down" the outside of our home, it was very kind and good customer service as he has serviced our house in the past. 1. In April 2022; I needed basic service for pest in my home; a service I usually get with Terminix without any contracts tied to it and I am able to cancel as soon as I need to. 2. Salesman used sneaky, dishonest sales pitch in which I unknowingly signed up for a bundle CONTRACT/AGREEMENT that had fees associated with for cancelling. I would never knowingly sign up for a contract (especially with fees associated) since I knew I would only occupy the home for 1 month; then rent or sell. 3. 7-11-22: Manager George Morteriday stated he would do everything possible to send my request to his regional manager to cancel the contract without cancelation fees. 4. 7-14-22: Manager George retracts his early statement to cancel the contract without fees; citing "he didnt know" their company specifications and he basically inference its my word againt his saleman, Audre word. read more

I called immediately before the install to cancel. The office didn't relay the message and then installed anyways. I have called every month asking them to cancel and for a refund. I used Terminix termite treatment from 2013 until we sold our house in February 2023. Annual treatment was fine and I had no complaints. Upon moving we cancelled service. However I've found that it's impossible to cancel service. I was billed in early January 2024 for another annual renewal. I called immediately and was told that the $454 charge was in error and that I'd receive a refund in a couple of weeks. At the end of January, no refund. I called again and was told there was no record of cancellation, but no problem as service wasn't scheduled until March. Again I was told to wait two weeks for refund. It's the end of February and no refund in sight. I'd recommend someone local that will take calls and be responsive as I've talked with the branch manager and the national contact number and they are happy to take your money, but there's no interest in customer service. For sure, don't sign a contract with Terminix unless you want to be on the hook for eternity. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Noticed a problem area and called before my quarterly service to have it addressed - not even noted. Next time, the tech did not even do the complete property. I called the same day of the last "service" and spoke to 2 support technicians at the national customer "support". I told them I refused to pay for the service that was not performed - I did agree to speak to a supervisor or hopefully the local office. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I have instead had harassing phone calls at least twice a day every day for several months demanding payment for this non-service. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are set up so you can not speak to the local management and they do not call you back. read more

They promise you satisfaction guarantee until you pest problem is resolved but seriously I got sick of having them come out week after week and and the ant problem still remained. I have had Terminex in the panhandle before moving to Merritt Island Florida. I am so disgruntled with their customer service their lack of ability to correct the address and the billing information. Their lack of promptness or early arrival expecting you to be there. The amount of pests that I have had to continually and no results. Never ever have I had this issue before with Terminex but I will never ever go back to them once my year is over. I've asked a supervisor to call me to get these issues rectified. No response. People are supposed to come to service my house. No one calls me and gives me the courtesy to let me know that they will not be there on that day. But I'm driving 35 minutes to and from my house to ensure that I'm here when they can come. it's never the convenience of the customer it's only the convenience of Terminex.i I do not recommend Terminex. I would suggest that you try to find a local shop owned by local people that really care about you. I even saved bigs for them because as the customer I am never right about anything. read more

My family and I have used Terminix since the early 1990's in Broward county and they have always been great, until we moved to Brevard county. Terminix here in Brevard just don't seem to be able to get and keep the bugs away. And with one exception all the people I have worked with from Terminix have been rude and/or pushy. This last time I had them out to the house 4 times for fire ants. 4 TIMES !!! The reports from 2 of those visits the technician wrote that they saw no ant activity, this is after I showed them the ants. After they were here 4 times, my daughter and I still got bit by fire ants inside the pool enclosure. Then today a man from Terminix shows up at the door. He wanted to know why I canceled my account with them but before I could tell him he left. Just rude. I do not know who is good for pest control in Brevard but you should stay away from Terminix. read more

This company is the most unreliable company we have ever dealt with. We have made appointments...taken time off work...and the tech never shows up or called! POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BE AWARE: This branch will do nothing and try to collect everything. Their service manager Carmine takes the escalation accounts and runs everything "off of the books" to keep corporate out of the negative interactions. I was told to deal with Carmine directly by him due to having issues with the call center scheduling and their reps not showing. Due to their dropping of the ball services lapsed and our concern grew worse. 2 weeks ago Jeff the technician was out on a thursday for services. I was told to call Carmine the following Monday...I did...and left a message...never got a call back. I left messages total...waited a week and then filled a bbb complaint. Of course the call center calls me to collect a bill today, I tell them about the situation and literally get a call from Carmine less than 2 minutes later. Carmine then proceeds to tell me "I think I called you" and states that they are refunding me my money and cancelling my account. If you want horrible service with zero follow through or accountability...call these guys. By the way, AJ the branch manager calls me afterwards to basically tell me the same thing and that he's gonna call the cops for threatening to tell everyone about my horrible experience. I have never seen such horrible Management in my entire life, I will be following up with the corporate office, as well as contacting the local news as I'm sure I an not the only one who has experienced this. Last year I bought a home that had a been treated by Terminix. I was told there was a year promise that if there was any activity from termites they would come out right away to treat. I called 2 weeks ago because I had seen termites in the guest house. When I called I was told "Oh that's funny we already have you scheduled for your annual inspection on Thursday the 24th between 10-12. I said OK please schedule a treatment at the same time as I can see clearly we will need one. Thursday the 24th comes around and no one ever showed up. I called and was laughed at and told "Oops we had you scheduled for 05/24/2019 , but we actually show someone came out to your property and inspected in April." I told the Representative that if someone had been out they clearly had not inspected as we never saw anyone. They told me they would "Send a email" to the local office and ask them to come out ASAP but they we unable to schedule anything for me. I wasn't given a reason why they couldn't schedule but was told to call back later to check up on it. I called Saturday and spoke to a gal who told me she also would email and that she would make sure someone came out on Tuesday 5/29/18. She told me she did not know what time as the local office was closed for the weekend. I told her I work and I need to know when someone is coming and she snapped at me that someone would call me. Today, 5/29/18 I still had not heard from Terminix so I called, and called and called and could never get through, then while I was waiting on hold someone calls me from Terminix to inform me that I needed to pay for my next year of Termite protection. I explained what was going on and asked her to please send someone out TODAY as that is what I was told. The phone call "dropped" on her end. I called her back and finally she answered and again just tried to sell me more service. I told her I was not going to pay for a service that hasn't even done what they promised but I would be happy to pay after I see that they do honor their agreements and if she can get someone out to my house to inspect and treat we can then talk about future agreements. She then responded saying she would also SEND A EMAIL TO THE LOCAL OFFICE. Clearly sending emails does not work. So here I am still waiting for Terminix to maybe show up. read more

Terminix of Melbourne was hired to do Lawn fertilization treatment for a year. I was not happy with the result of my new Lawn. so when the contract expired, I let them go and I hired another company for the service. Several months after the termination of their service, they are claiming they did pest control for my house and ask me to pay for it. They are unable to produce any proof on that FRAUDULENT CHARGE. Now they filed the FRAUDULENT CHARGE with a collection agency. I certify that they are dishonest. and I will not recommend them to any one. read more
