Alan promised great customer service when they charged a large fee for the initial "intensive" treatment (Feb), then it was a battle to get Marty to do the first quarterly appointment (May), and then Alan (or Rick, who was impossible to speak with) canceled my contract (July) because they had no record of the first quarterly treatment & thought we had skipped too many months. It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid. I am increasing the stars to two because they responded well to my bad experience.
