I was a little late to my scheduled appt, but they went right to work as I pulled up. The shop is located inside of Pick Your Part Junk Yard's parking lot. The shop was busy, cranking out one windshield job after another. Jonathan was very friendly, helpful and serviceable. The price of the windshield replacement was the best I could find in town. This shop isn't the prettiest looking place but it checked all the boxes and I left a very satisfied customer. I will happily be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thanks again Jonathan!

I called a few OC shops but none of them can come out until the next day which by then is too late. Called Steve and within an hour Erika came out to patch the crack while also identifying and fixing 2nd chip that I didn't notice. If it wasn't for their immediate response, the damage would have spread and would have cost me quite a bit more. Checked it again a few days later and it hasn't grown beyond the initial chip. Fast response coupled with amazing service.

I agreed to move forward with Cesar and even though he didn't have my windshield at his location he went to pick it up and installed it same day at 12PM. Update: My review reflects my actual customer experience reaching out to your shop. Declining to process my insurance claim due to your higher shop rates meant you couldn't help me through my policy, and your cash quote was significantly higher than competitors. I took my business elsewhere and paid out of pocket for a mobile installer who came right to my driveway and did a fantastic job at a fair rate. Potential customers have a right to know how a shop handles insurance on older vehicles and where their pricing stands in the market.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. One helpful tip: If this is the first time your RAV4's windshield has been replaced, be aware that the side windshield molding/trim may be damaged during removal. This is part of the windshield replacement process on some RAV4s, and the molding is a separate, replaceable part.
