Clean, even, and exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality window tinting. Installation took two tries on the windshield, but overall scheduling and installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. The final end result is a perfect installation, no air gaps, bubbles, and the heat rejection of the film itself is great, as expected. While not the cheapest quote I received, I think it is worthwhile to work with a reputable installer, as picking the wrong installer has cost me a lot more in damages in the past.

TLDR: Same day service saved me a lot of money and heartache…read more Was driving up through Irvine from San Diego on a Sunday when I get a huge chip right in the middle of my windshield. I called a few OC shops but none of them can come out until the next day which by then is too late. Called Steve and within an hour Erika came out to patch the crack while also identifying and fixing 2nd chip that I didn't notice. If it wasn't for their immediate response, the damage would have spread and would have cost me quite a bit more. Checked it again a few days later and it hasn't grown beyond the initial chip. Fast response coupled with amazing service.

It's been a while since I've used Signature Glass Tinting because like a lot of people I got sucked…read morein by Instagram ads from other tint shops offering prices that seemed too good to pass up. Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I've officially found my tint shop for life and will continue recommending Signature Glass Tinting to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water...
