This shop has saved my day and life literally!! Started my day terribly with seeing my window all smashed in, in my car. Called a couple other shops for rates for the window and Thao gave me the best rate of $215 I called at 3:55pm and he said his window dealer closes at 4 so he wouldn't be able to fix my window today until tomorrow. My car was broken into today, so I called around in the morning at different local places including big brands and small. This place was the best value and he was able to help me the same day. I sat in the waiting area for maybe 40 minutes or so while he worked and then he was done! I was kinda skeptical because his quote was SOO cheap initially (150 - 200$ cheaper than everywhere else!), but after seeing the job get done right and his friendliness really swayed me. This is my first review about Auto Glass Service! And this place is the MUST-SEE auto glass service I have ever been. My vehicle is the Honda Civic Ex 2019 with Lane departure system and Collision system on the windshield. Just let you know the Windshield Model of my honda doesnt appear on AFTER MARKET and it is a dealer item ( ~1000 usd before Tax) I asked over 15 stores around LA area and Santa Ana to figure out how to make a temporary repair for my glass until my glass appears cheaper on their System. All of stores I asked on Yelp refused to repair and just offer me a replacement around 1200-2000 usd ( That's a HUGE money for the windshield). I just wanna give it up!!! Then I found this store and did my last hope. I called to the store and meet Vietnamese Technician (Steven a.k.a Tèo). He is an awesome technician. Who dont want to make money on Customers??? But he doesn't. He explained clearly to me and offer a temporary repair until I can save some bucks to replace my windshield. He just charged me 20 bucks for the long cracks ( over 13") and my car looks fabulous right now. He still recommended me to replace my windshield but he did a perfect job. I appreciated it. I think that I will not replace my windshield in 2-3 years because of his Well-done job haha (Just kidding). I also called another place to make sure the going rate. Beach Auto Glass gave me the better rate. I called at 10:45 am and he said to arrive after noon. Whoever said 5 stars was not enough was absolutely right. Mr. Teo replaced not one but two rear windows in my parent's Toyota Sienna. He even took the gasket home the first time and dug all the glass out and brought it back ready to go at no extra charge. The last time we called to get a window motor replaced and he stopped by to replace the motor. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned.
