Needed my windshield replaced so I called around for quotes and beach auto glass was the cheapest price for my windshield! It was a Saturday it took an 1hr 30 min and I didn't do any other waiting than when I waited for him to be finished. I didn't get the guys name that serviced me, but he went above and beyond !!! Not only did he replace my windshield for the best price around , he also cleaned my headlights because they were foggy and he reconnected my front grill that fell over a little. Like seriously? I was hesitant about going here since they haven't had many reviews but decided to give it a shot since they gave me a good estimate, and very quick responses. I was greeted right away when I pulled in, already a big plus for me. It only took about an hour for them to fix the crack on my windshield and they did a very thorough job, very nice people, made sure I was comfortable the time I was there - offered drinks, place to sit, etc. They were very polite and apologized that I had to wait long, which I didn't think I did but it was a nice gesture. CUSTOMER BEWARE! After getting my windshield replaced the wiper arms were not installed properly as seen by the first picture. The driver's side wiper needs to be above the passenger's side and they were not calibrated properly. This caused the wipers to collide, warp and break as shown in the pictures. I went back and spoke to an employee, he told me they had nothing to do with it and if there was a problem I could get it fixed by a mechanic and they would pay. I took the car to a mechanic, he said the bolts for the wiper arms need to be calibrated before reinstallation and got it fixed for $50. I took the receipt back to Beach Auto Glass and Todd (alleged owner) refused to reimburse me. He never wanted to resolve the issue amicably, used profanity towards me and refused to take any responsibility. I stayed calm and tried to talk things out but he clearly did not. It's a real shame for me to post this. If you still choose to do business here please make sure you check all the components of the windshield and your wipers. read more

I brought my 2008 beetle here yesterday and it was such a good experience. The place and the guy that worked on my car are SO HUMBLE! So nice!! The worker gave us cold pepsi as we waited for my car. The job took a bit longer because he was working on two other cars, totally understandable. I left my car at the shop for 2 hours and came back to it fixed. He was charging me $40 to replace a big metal piece inside my door panel (it controls he window) and I ended up giving him an extra $10 just because I understand how difficult it is to work on my car. Needed a new windshield for my F-150 and after calling numerous places, found that Beach Auto Glass had the best price and could do the job the next day. I was a bit concerned since it was the lowest price, but decided to go with it. This place is pretty much a one man shop (his wife does help out) and after 90 minutes the job was complete. My car was broken into. Looked for a shop closed by. Found Beach Auto Glass and asked them to give me quote. As I was waiting for their response, I had received other quotes near by and found that for my car, 2016 Honda civic it was about $200-$300. Beach Auto Glass gave me a quote of $110. They said that they will install it the next day. Su was the rep that helped me out. He cleaned all of the glass out of my car, which was a huge plus. He installed the window and did an amazing job.
