Update: My review reflects my actual customer experience reaching out to your shop. Declining to process my insurance claim due to your higher shop rates meant you couldn't help me through my policy, and your cash quote was significantly higher than competitors. I took my business elsewhere and paid out of pocket for a mobile installer who came right to my driveway and did a fantastic job at a fair rate. TLDR: Same day service saved me a lot of money and heartache…read more Was driving up through Irvine from San Diego on a Sunday when I get a huge chip right in the middle of my windshield. I called a few OC shops but none of them can come out until the next day which by then is too late. Called Steve and within an hour Erika came out to patch the crack while also identifying and fixing 2nd chip that I didn't notice. If it wasn't for their immediate response, the damage would have spread and would have cost me quite a bit more. Checked it again a few days later and it hasn't grown beyond the initial chip. Fast response coupled with amazing service.

Last night I had a tweaker break my rear window to try and steal some items from my car, got nothing but caused me to have to buy a new window. I called Safelite and they gave me a ridiculous quote and couldn't get it done until Monday, this being a Thursday. My wife gave me the number for Mobile Safe Auto Glass since she used them before . I called and spoke with Rick, he gave me a quote much lower than Safelite and was able to do it same day between 10am and 1 o'clock . I received a text from Johnny at 10:30 saying he'd be at my house in 20 minutes. He was here as he said and they finished the job by 11:15. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. Thanks again!

What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Kinda like speakers vs headphones ... (HiGHLY RECCOMEND) Drove to Anaheim from HOLLYWOOD just to get this done & i WiLL BE BACK !! As you can tell from the length of my review- im STOKED !! THANKS
