They were very professional and efficient and just after a few minutes of starting the job, they were able to remove so much trapped lint including a huge strand of lint that even shocked them. They continued to remove a bunch more lint and cleaned up everything once they were done. Thank goodness we hired Vent Vets. Will took a quick look, touched nothing (meaning he didn't tinker nefariously with anything) and instantly pointed out that the metal u -shaped thing was actually broken. We are no experts so hadn't even noticed. That broken u-thing could've started a fire which is a terrifying thought. A foolish neighbor of ours started their dryer a few years ago, then left to run errands while their dryer caught on fire. I phoned the fire department ASAP; plus I personally lost a close friend who died in a house fire years ago. Fire is no joke. We are so happy with Vent Vets' service, and with Will Ponce's attitude and great job well done: on time, pleasant, and thorough. We will definitely hire him in future and expect you too will be highly satisfied if you hire Vent Vents.

Leo was amazing! Leo was very thorough and professional, after the walk through consultation and then proceeding with a protocol and solution, I felt much more at ease & safer with his expertise! Calming my completely freaked state of mind! He found 2 openings on the exterior of my house and fixed them: put a screen over the exposed gable vent, quickly & impeccably, as well as covered an open vent pipe on the roof Also, as I was scrolling through all the exterminator options, I realized I didn't want a van that screamed exterminator in front of my house! Besides the name "Leo's Home Solutions", being nicely "general", I got a great feeling of the work Leo's company could provide from the glowing reviews and I was right! Everything was at an extremely fair price too! I highly recommend Leo's Home Solutions!

Leo and his team at Leo's Home Solutions came out and did one hell of a job. Their team was incredibly coordinated and completed both the crawlspace and attic in a single day. The attic didn't have any infestations, but they carefully identified potential entry points and blocked them off to help prevent future problems. In the crawlspace, they completely removed all the trash and animal remnants, including droppings, then sanitized the area with a lemon deodorizer and bacteria-killing treatment. They also fully replaced the mesh lining on the vents surrounding the house, including both the crawlspace and attic vents. Within a couple of days, the flies were gone and the lingering smell had cleared up. What I appreciated most was that Leo was responsive, straightforward, and willing to fully address an unpleasant problem rather than just putting a temporary band-aid on it. The price was fair and reasonable considering the amount and quality of work his team put in. Crawlspace and animal-related problems are not something you want to deal with, but Leo made the process much easier. I'd recommend Leo's Home Solutions to anyone dealing with crawlspace odors, animal intrusion, cleanup, sanitation, or sealing work.
