We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel.
