I cannot recommend Ecogenix enough. What I love about them most is the quality of their customer service, flexibility, and willingness to help.
We have a boxelder bug problem, and they've taken care of it every spring and summer. Sure, other exterminators could maybe do the same, but Ecogenix makes it SIMPLE. We originally signed up for a discounted rate, 4 times a year. But since the boxelders aren't an issue in the fall and winter, I recently decided to call and ask them to change our plan to just twice a year. It was the day before I had a scheduled appointment (last minute decision).
There was no "you could be saving extra money" or "are you sure you want to do this" or "how about this other offer" or "it's too late to reschedule" - it was simply "of course, whatever you need, thank you for calling."
Every time I've had to reschedule or make an additional request, it's always been like that... "of course, we can do that" or "we can do that, but does another time work? We are busy until then." No maybes, no conflict, just excellent customer service to the point I find it surprising. They have sometimes asked if they can come early, but only if it's convenient to me.
They make something stressful incredibly easy at a reasonable rate compared to the competition. That alone is worth it. read more
