This company installed central AC into our mobile home in 2019. To access our furnace with the…read morenecessary lines to the outside unit, they decided to punch a plate-sized hole through the ductwork directly below the furnace and continue the line out through the top of the ductwork creating another hole the size of a baseball. As a result, both the AC and the heating have been filling up our belly bag (the membrane under a trailer that holds insulation in place) for the past two years rather than up into the home. The recent heatwave in the Shuswap area of BC showed how our AC was unable to keep up so I had a look for myself as to what was going on under there and sure enough, AC was blasting out through every hole they made in the belly bag. I called a plumber from another company and they are going to have to do custom ductwork to stop the leaking which will cost us $500. I've done a temporary band-aid patch job to slow the blasting AC air which has already improved things in our trailer's temperature. I phoned this company at least four times either to be hung up on or to get a voice inbox. You do NOT want to do business with this company.

I wouldn't trust them at all, there are enough plumber options to choose from without the risk of them stealing your money.

To make a long story short, I had three appointments booked that were cancelled and rescheduled. After one appointment i was left with 5 leaks in my boiler system. By the time everything was said and done I'd spent $1200, got some new parts and my boiler works exactly the same. My thermostats still do not call for heat, initial problem not solved. On the positive side, the boiler set up does look cleaner now, my technician was very nice, and my boiler room floor looks great after I cleaned up all the water left by the leaks. I'll re-post if anything gets resolved

The last time they came at my house was in the winter the tech spent most (about a half hour) of his time trying to sell me on products before he decided to get the furnace running again. My neighbour paid a lot for her furnace and the add ons and the soda ash compartment connection, that they did, failed and they wanted $149 just to show up at the door. They started as customer service orientated and when they got popular, like everything else, greed came first and customer caring second. You can tell by the low rating all caring beyond the money is now secondary.

The next day, Rick was running a bit later than anticipated and he actually texted me to let me know that (another shocker right?!).
