My neighbour paid a lot for her furnace and the add ons and the soda ash compartment connection, that they did, failed and they wanted $149 just to show up at the door. They started as customer service orientated and when they got popular, like everything else, greed came first and customer caring second. Wouldn't pick up. Didn't answer my e-mails. After a week without heat, I finally had to hire someone else. That service technician told me the first guy didn't even install a new thermocouple that should have been changed at the same time. He also said I probably made the worst choice from the Yellow Pages. Worst technician ever.
