The last time they came at my house was in the winter the tech spent most (about a half hour) of his time trying to sell me on products before he decided to get the furnace running again. My neighbour paid a lot for her furnace and the add ons and the soda ash compartment connection, that they did, failed and they wanted $149 just to show up at the door. They started as customer service orientated and when they got popular, like everything else, greed came first and customer caring second. City Inspector inspector came twice and informs me that the furnace is not running to code. Tried my best to explain it to them and asked them to call the city inspector. They send me a consulting fee of 168$. They inform me that they charge consulting fees to review concerns of the city inspector. I paid the 168$.

They were able to come and do the installation a week late. The install guys were incredible. They were on time to do the work. They laid out tarps to protect our home anytime they did work inside. They cleaned up after all was done and generally did a remarkable job. We ended up having to get a second opinion and they were able to fix it immedietly. I would not recommend CMQ mechanical for there jobs as they were unprofessional and ill equipped. Hopefully they can turn there service around but it usually comes from the top and at this time there ownership doesn't seem to care stating "there is so much work, we don't need the job"
