When he arrived he was dressed professionally and went straight to work. He had our hot water tank replaced in 2 hrs! And here's another pleasant surprise: our invoice on the hot water tank was LOWER than what he quoted. They came in and removed the old hot water tank and installed the new system. They re-piped the existing intake and exhaust for the furnace and re-routed the existing condensate line.
