I was so happy to have someone trustworthy to contact when I was so far away. A year later one of my hydrants was defective underground and burnt out the pump after running steady for over a year. My husband had just passed away and Curtis and Kelly were quick to come out and help me get up and running again. Thanks to their direction, we located the leak and installed a new hydrant. They did mention that the well was running low and that I would need to drill in the near future. And this year... my waterlines froze because I missed insulating the pump house. After thawing them out and getting everything up and running I was unfortunate enough that my well had run dry. Curtis helped me line up Logan at Dan-Gare Drilling to drill a new well and made a plan to move my pump and pressure tank up to the house, so I don't have to keep dealing with frozen lines etc. Today everything was completed. I have more water than I have ever had before. The system is easy to maintain thanks to the expertise of Curtis and Kelly. Okanagan Well and Pump are professional, friendly, and efficient, and I appreciated the time Curtis took to explain what was happening and what needed to be done and my best option.
