It's no surprise the team at Eco Window Cleaning has a five star overall rating-I'd give them six if I could! Making a momentary decision to have a very high window cleaned that I couldn't reach myself, I went on yelp this morning and got several local quotes. Not only did they reach me immediately they also offered me the best deal. If that wasn't terrific enough they offered to come same-day as they would be in the area, so my very dirty window was clean in record time (less than 4 hours after my call!). When they arrived they were friendly, helpful and quick, and even pointed out that the window had fogging and explained how to submit the serial number for replacement under warranty. After seeing the reviews on yelp, I figured we should give these guys a try. We called to get an estimate on our house and Joey beat out the other prices we were looking at. They were very professional, prompt, and neat when they came to do our windows. They also engaged in some friendly conversation. When the windows were clean we had noticed some residue forming on three of our windows the next day. We decided to give Joey a call, and he showed up within an hour of calling him. He checked out our windows and told us that it was the window pane that was causing the gas to leak into the inside of the windows. He also told us the reasons why the residue was forming the odd shapes in the pane of the window. Joey told us that we had windows that should have a warranty on them and they did. He also told us to keep in contact with him about the warranty for the windows. Joey's willingness to be informed on other aspects of the windows such as the warranty is wonderful. Overall Joey was well informed when it came to windows and has no problem explaining it. He was also very prompt on scheduling and even coming back to check his work to our satisfaction. We recently had a major house remodel and everything was absolutely destroyed. Asked for a quote on cleaning all of our windows (20+ on a two story house) and the owner Joey got back to me on minutes. Amazing ! ! I never thought my windows and window sills could ever be this clean again. We have had maids come over and do the windows and screens, but they have never gotten our windows this clean. I have a Daily Save voucher and after weeks of un-returned calls in July, I was able to make an appointment to have the windows cleaned in Aug. On the day of the appointment no one showed up and my phone calls were again not returned. A week later I got a call to reschedule the appointment for Sept. Bought a certificate from this company to have windows cleaned on my house through "The Daily Save" seemed like a good deal. I guess it was a good deal for Eco Window Cleaning. It appears they collected the money and ran. After repeated unanswered phone calls and voice messages not returned I guess the only cleaning getting done is that of my wallet.
