I was seeking a reliable company to handle my shredding. What drew me to call Eco-shred was the reviews, and one reviewer noted they would shred the documents while you're present. That was a major appeal for me - I'm very sensitive about the way delicate documents are handled for obvious reasons. I called Eco-shred on Monday 2/3/20, and spoke with BO. I made my inquiries, he provided what I needed to know to include a price and an opening he had for, Friday 2/7/20. As requested I texted my location info. We touched bases again on Thursday to confirm. BO was responsive with calls and following up. The kind and professional staff member that handled my appointment was thoughtful towards me (given the cold, rainy, and windy day). Before his arrival, he called to confirm he was in route, in plenty of time. And his ETA was as stated. I live in an apartment complex, so I loaded my boxes and few bags in my vehicle for preparation of their arrival (my choice by the way). I was feeling a bit uncertain bc this was a first for me - using a shredding service, and I'm very particular. Usually I'd use the shredders at work, but I had been working on declutter for a pending move. The amount of papers I had was way too much to haul into work. But All went smooth, and it was quick. I felt a relief when it was completed. Again, the staff member that handled my appointment was great (unfortunately I don't recall his name).  I am happy with how things went, and based upon the professionalism I experienced from Eco-shred, I would utilize them again, and I would recommend their service to others. Thank you! read more

I was connected to Eco-Shred when I started looking for a shredding company to come to my home, where I work, through Shred Nation. They put me in touch with Eco-Shred and Bo Miller, who called me to set up an appointment the following week to come to my home. Bo called me about half an hour before he arrived, picked up the four boxes of paper I had to be shredded and took it to his truck. He charged me $109, which I felt was well worth it for the time, energy and aggravation it saved me. The only suggestion I would offer to Eco-Shred is to have some method of offering a receipt immediately on-site since I had to call and email Bo to get one since this was a business expense. Otherwise, I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use Eco-Shred again! read more

We reconfigured our office space which included tossing many years of paper that required shredding. We discovered Eco-Shed when looking for companies that did pick up and had reasonable prices. We contacted them on a Friday. Luckily for us they were scheduled to be in our city on the following Tuesday. I spoke with Bo Miller, who was very accommodating. The service was excellent. The driver, who also processed our shredding, was great. He contacted us when he was about 10 minutes away--we opted to take our bags outside to meet him. He loaded the material into their truck and did the shredding while we watched. We will be using them again and highly recommend their service. read more

I am beyond impressed with Eco-Shred and the high caliber of customer service they provide. Every interaction I have had with the team has been professional, timely, and positive. Very rarely do you find a company that will pick up the phone on a Saturday afternoon and yet Ivan arrived ready to go within 2 hours. Our customer requires strict shredding certification and Eco-Shred is able to meet our needs without issue. If you are in need of a professional shred service, there is no better company you will find within the DMV. Their work ethic and dedication is superb. read more

Update to my first post - We had a follow up shred project and went back to Eco-Shred since we had such a good experience the first time. Without going into the details, we had some obstacles to work through on our end. These problems were stressing me out. Again, Bo Miller completely came through for us. He not only worked with me to help me solve the problems but also he is so super helpful, friendly, professional, caring and more than fair. We will continue to use Eco-Shred for our future projects. We 100% recommend Eco-Shred. read more

I highly recommend Eco-Shred for your shredding jobs. Bo Miller provided excellent service, was very professional, and courteous, as was Nelson, who drove the truck to pick up documents to be shredded. He took the boxes of documents to be shredded to the truck, and as I watched, shredding was completed within a short period of time. I would definitely use them again and for anyone looking for shredding jobs, large or small, you need to contact Eco-Shred. You won't be disappointed! read more

We would definitely use Eco-Shred again and have recommended them to friends and neighbors who need these services. Eco-Shed offers a flat fee (no hidden costs) which is reasonable and much less expensive than competitors in the area. They arrived on time to our home and performed the services in an efficient and timely manner. You can watch the whole process as there is a camera on the truck.Be sure to ask for your Certificate of Destruction. read more

I needed a one time shred pick up in preparation for my move to my new house. The price was reasonable and once they got here it was easy-peasy. The only issue I had was being told they would be here between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and unfortunately they were not able to get here until around 4:00 p.m. I basically waited pretty much all afternoon for them to get here that is my only complaint. read more

Just wanted to give you an update...more like "kudos" on your service!!! The driver arrived at 2:00 was professional, personable and efficient!! One of our neighbors came out to watch the process too. We were done in no time at all. We were pleased! Your service is in our contact directory!! Thanks again to you and Nelson, your most efficient driver!! Stay dry! Denise L. read more

Eco-shredding was great. Good communication and I loved their flat fee, on site service. I didnt have to load and unload my car and drive it to them. They came to me for about $110. If you have a lot of stuff or need security, I'd definitely select that option. The staff was very nice and the technology is fun. Definitely suggest using them. read more

I had about 40 copy paper boxes of papers that needed to be shred. I got quotes from 4 different companies. Eco-Shred has the lowest bid, was easy to schedule, and came when they said they would. Different shredding companies come to the offices near mine and Eco-Shred was as quick and efficient as all of them. read more

Very simple and easy. My phone call was quick and easy and I got my estimate on the spot. Shredding was even easier, all I had to do was walk up to the truck and then they throw it into their shredder. Guys came across as nice and hard workers. read more
