I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

The estimate was right in the middle of the range (for this area), and we were able to schedule the work for early the next week. It was going to be a single day, but our "mission glitch" was some less-than-up-to-code electrical on the old system that needed to be brought up to code. That added a few hours and ran us over into the next day, but it was done at no extra charge. From start to finish, communication was timely and clear, by text and phone with email as a backup. Scheduling was a breeze and teams arrived exactly when they promised. The quality of work is excellent, and it all comes with a ten year warranty. Pleasant, professional, efficient.

The work I needed done was the installation of a 50-gal electric hot water heater (plus haul away of the old one) and the diagnosis/replacement of a corroded waste line connector for a garbage disposal. When I set up my appointment, I made sure to clarify that I wasn't going to be charged for the service visit, or additionally, for any diagnostic steps. Keep this in mind if you're considering them because it's probably a better idea to go with a plumbing company that won't charge you just to come out and physically look at the work you want done. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry, not because something was broken, but due to the fact that completing the work quickly was pivotal to getting a condo sale to the finish line. I was able to schedule my appointment for as early as Monday despite making the initial contact with 2 Sons Plumbing on Thursday (they could've come sooner, but I opted to avoid the extra "rush" or weekend fees by waiting until Monday). One thing I didn't like about their business model is there's no upfront cost for general jobs (i.e., install a hot water heater) or any idea of hourly charges. For instance, with Lowe's and/or Home Depot, I could call and get quotes for this type of work from their subcontractors. Going through Fast Water Heater (Lowe's preferred subcontractor), a 50-gal water heater installation might run between $2,200 and $2,400 depending on the model of hot water heater (the purchase of which is included in the quote). I ended up buying a new water heater from Home Depot ($871 after taxes) a couple of days prior to my appointment with 2 Sons Plumbing, and hauling it up a few flights of stairs to the condo in order to save money. I would later find out that, had I bought the 50-gal electric water heater carried in the back of the 2 Sons Plumbing Truck, it would've cost $3600 (I have no idea why it was this expensive). In the end, I paid 2 Sons Plumbing $1870 after taxes for the installation of the Home Depot Water Heater and haul-away of my old one ($2700+ if you include the price of the hot water heater I bought on my own). In addition to the hot water heater install, I ended up paying for a new garbage disposal plus its installation because the corrosion in the waste line was so bad that new parts were needed (which they didn't have). It made more sense to just replace the whole thing (current garbage disposal was 10+ years old)--This came out to $786.88 after taxes and a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the knowledge/prep work I had done for 2 Sons Plumbing before going with them. The final cost to me certainly had the potential to be much higher had I let 2 Sons Plumbing provide or do everything. The job took about 6 hours to complete, and I paid in the ballpark of $2500 for the hourly rates (?) plus the purchase of a basic garbage disposal and a minuscule amount of parts. I overheard that the general hourly rate is $400, so what I paid aligns with that. The amount of contact and post-job follow up documentation I received (emails; texts; invoices; etc.) was thorough but also annoying (I.e., solicitation for reviews). All things considered, here's how I'd rate things: Availability/Communication: 5/5 Cost: 2/5 Technician: 5/5 Invoice/Follow-up: 3/5

They sent someone over, who didn't really open the HVAC system panel much. I didn't seem confident that this would fix it. But they recommended to fix the drain pan inside the evaporator coil box, which they said was much more expensive. For clearing the drain pipe and gluing a loose pipe, which didn't actually fix the main problem, they still billed me $300 - diagnostic fee ($99) + 1 hour ($199) - (there's a 3% credit card fee, but they accept checks) 4 or 5 hours later, there was dripping again. I ended up calling Bob's, they sent 2 technicians who knew what they were doing (they opened the panel properly), they found and fixed the issue - it did not involve replacing a drain pan. Bob's only charged me the diagnostic fee of $175 and did the job right (compared to $300 that Green Bear charged)

    I had received a text from As You Wish regarding a special for an A/C Tuneup that turned out to be…read moreso much more than I expected. I contacted them to set up an appointment. Tessa, at the office, texted me to confirm my appointment time and included a photo of Rich, my service technician. Rich was fantastic. He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and very communicative. As expected, after his very comprehensive inspection and testing of my Furnace and A/C some serious issues were found. The 20 year old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger, which Rich showed me on his camera. The 30 year old A/C had lost a significant amount of its effectiveness to cool my home and was wasting a lot of energy. Rich was there almost 2 hours and I got all this at an amazing special price of $29! He asked me if I wanted someone to come out and give me a free estimate to replace my furnace and A/C, and had the office schedule someone to come out when I returned from my upcoming trip. Two weeks later Dan Severt showed up on time to take measurements and collect the information needed to properly size the new systems I needed and provided me with a detailed estimate. He explained my options, explained the installation process, and covered possible financing options. As it was possible for me to get a loan through GreenSky to make monthly payments with no penalty for early payoff and no interest if paid in full within 18 months, I decided to proceed. Dan called the office to schedule the install for me and got me started with the GreenSky loan process. A short while later, Tessa texted me information about my install to begin the very next day. Later Tessa sent me a text to confirm my appointment and included photos of the technicians that would be coming. Next day she texted me that they were on their way and included a tracking link so I could monitor their progress. Technicians Obet and Cody arrived to begin the installation. As is usually the case with 40+ year old homes, and today's updated building codes and newer, more complicated "smart" systems, a few issues popped up. At all times the guys kept me informed of the issues, explained what my options were, and then executed the necessary workarounds. Dan also made himself available to come by personally to see the issues for himself and answer any questions I had and offer advice when asked. A short while later, a highly experienced Carlos arrived to assist the guys with problem resolution. They guys worked really hard from 9am to 10pm in order to complete their job for the electrician coming the next day. They cleaned up the job site and hauled away the old units. Meanwhile, back at the office, Sarah who had processed the necessary permit(s) texted me that she had made arrangements for the two required inspections, one for the electrical work and the other for Snohomish County building code adherence. She informed me that those two entities would reach out to me to set things up. Later I received a text that the electrician, Fredo, would arrive early the next morning. Fredo showed up on time and completed the electrical work in time for Benjamin to arrive. Benjamin completed a checkout, testing and startup of the system and demonstrated how to program the new smart thermostat. All worked perfectly. Without exception, everyone involved was timely, possessed excellent communication skills, was organized and highly skilled at their respective jobs. All of them were positive and courteous and respectful of me and my property. This was, by far, one of the best experiences I've ever had in a job requiring skilled labor! Kudos to As You Wish for having quality people and using quality suppliers for their HVAC systems! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to invest in updating their systems, or in having them inspect and service their existing equipment. Ordinarily I would have sought out multiple estimates before hiring someone to do such a big job. I have no idea how the cost for As You Wish to do this job compares to the numerous other competitors in this sector, but I'm kind of glad I didn't. Otherwise I may have gone with someone cheaper, who knows? But one thing I know for sure is that I couldn't have found anyone better!

I give Ratnesh 5-star rating. The team that installed my new 4-Ton Heat Pump and Air handler did a great job with a difficult installation where the Air Handler is in a finished basement and the Heat Pump had to be carried by hand to a pad on a steep wooded hillside. The installer lead tech Brennan did great sheet metal work adapting the new Air Handler to my existing duct system. There were some issues with how the system parameters were configured but the Greenwood office staff was very responsive and sent out technician the next day to properly configure the system.

Tl,dr: they wanted an insane amount of money to replace a water heater and also either misdiagnosed our condenser pump and/or (and I have no way to prove it or know for sure) intentionally disassembled it. We hired them to do some annual maintenance on our AC and heater as we bought a house with AC for the first time. We added on a water heater checkup to be on the safe side. The heater and AC maintenance cost $600 which seemed like a lot and in hindsight it was. The technician comes halfway through the inspection and grabs my wife from a work meeting she was on as she needs to see this "immediately". He says look your water heater had some corrosion on it, is 27 years old, and needs to be replaced immediately. We will do it for $6000 but we will give you 10% discount if we come tomorrow. That is an insane price for a water heater. Gas water heaters cost $700 to $1000 at Home Depot and they have to pull a permit and dispose of the old one. They take 3-4 hours to replace. So even if they spend $2000 on dump run, materials and permits, that is $1000 an hour you are paying. That is insane. Home Depot quoted me $2700 and another local plumber $3000. If a water heater goes out you will be out of hot water until it's fixed and it may leak, but my heater is in the garage. What's the worst that happens? Water comes out to my driveway? It was a hard sell to pressure us into paying an exorbitant fee for a replacement. Luckily my wife called me and we got second opinions. She felt like he treated her like the "dumb housewife" (despite that he pulled her out of an important work call) and left with a terrible feeling. It may not have been his intention but the results were the results. Secondly, and this part makes me angrier, he said our condenser pump was also broken and was just dripping down into a red bucket on the floor of the garage. When I later went and looked, the red bucket he was referring to was the reservoir that goes on the bottom of the pump. It's literally a PART OF THE PUMP. I did an experiment and the pump puts out 5 gallons of water every day during the summer. There is no way that reservoir was on the ground for more than a day without us noticing a ton of water on the ground. It seems so unlikely it was detached before the technician arrived but I have no proof. Finally, if he really was a good technician, wouldn't you say hey your reservoir is on the ground. Let me fix it for you or something? He said it was broken and needed to be repaired for another $600 (condenser pumps are $80). So either he misdiagnosed the problem, miscommunicated, or worst of all broke our pump on purpose. Me, an idiot, fixed the pump in about 10 minutes so I can't imagine what he was talking about. I have a picture from when I cleaned out our garage a week before and the reservoir is attached. I called and complained and it took another call and three days to hear back. When I talked to the manager about this he tried to make excuses for the guy like maybe he meant the pump was out of warranty or maybe the tabs to hold it up were broken. Instead of addressing the problem he continued gaslighting us rather than taking responsibility. As I said he did give me a full refund after offering to replace our fully functional condenser pump or offering a "discount". If you want to spend a ton of money on replacing your water heater or other home needs, this is the company to go with. They can probably fix a water heat super fast but it will cost you.

Christian came out and took a look at our space and gave us a quote and explained everything thoroughly. He's a natural born salesperson, but I felt he knew what he was talking about and I was sold. The installers came out the very next day. The two guys were great. They worked hard from early morning to late afternoon but when they left, everything was in great shape. The only issue I had with the company was a little difficulty in communications. I had received emails from one of their employees about the permits pulled for the installation, and when I went to follow up with that employee, I never heard back. I tried 2-3 times and texted my rep, but never heard back. I finally managed to get ahold of someone, and both inspectors eventually made it and signed off. One of the inspectors was so impressed with their work that he asked who had done it so he could reach out to them for some work at his own home! Overall I think we got a great system at a fair price. Probably a little more than we originally wanted to spend, but when doesn't that seem to be the case these days? I'd recommend these guys to everyone based on my experience.

I get that but when the newbie was told to open up the panel to my furnace he yanked and pulled and I thought he was going to damage it. Finally his supervisor on site stepped in and easily unlatched the front panel for service. Scary to watch but happy I did. And, after this service there was an issue so had to pay another charge for someone else to come out to fix something. I was told something wasn't done correctly during that recent service. I got charged a diagnostic fee plus the service call to fix the issue. Brent stood by his service, charges for service were very reasonable and most important, never needed him to come back to fix something he did as his work was always amazing.

The problem was never the cost. - As laymen looking to HVAC experts, we offered to pay to diagnose the issue and that was rejected. - Neither of the two tech's that were sent out found the issue, the first didn't even attempt to. Yet I managed to find it in just a few minutes of searching. - I was told twice that if the scope of the project changed I would receive a call regarding a change in the estimate. That never happened, I called you. - When presented with an estimate that was nearly the same as the original estimate after significantly reducing the scope and labor, I was more or less attacked over the phone - including being blamed for the situation - when I was looking for a reasonable explanation and some accountability. I know you're a business and have costs and I understand sharing those expenses with you. My frustration is not about the money, it's about how the situation was handled. It is about the apparent lack of due diligence on the part of your team. The disappointment of looking to experts to help solve a problem and finding out that they didn't put in the effort to address the issue in what would have been a simple fix. And most importantly, the rudeness we received when looking for accountability. Describing the situation as unprofessional only scratches the surface.

We also received a letter saying they are selling their heating oil portion of their business to Sound Oil. They must have been overwhelmed and so maybe with this sale service will improve. Also, this "Sarah" may not even be an actual owner because I didn't see her name on the sale letter either.
