Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

He was meticulous with everything from protecting things from overspray to caulking and taping leaving clean sharp lines between colors. Also Ulysses worked near as hard as David and was a master with blue tape. In all I would (and already have) highly recommend this company.

My house was long overdue for new exterior paint, and there were definite signs of peeling paint…read moreand dry rot especially along the side and back of house. I used the Yelp app and met with 4 painters. One was booked until Nov, one declined the bid since he was paint only and limited carpentry, one gave a really high bid, and then there was Felix who we eventually chose. Felix was perhaps the most transparent in terms of work scope and he took the time to measure and estimate how much wood and siding would be needed. He also has teams of both carpenters and painters so he does dry rot repair and painting. They also use ladders with fall protection for the high places, as opposed to scaffolds which would of course add more cost. The whole job took 2 weeks - 4 days of prep, and 3 days of painting using mostly sprays and hand painting of siding. Very professional job and 5 stars: 1. Daily communications by text and updates 2. Thorough covering of windows and doors 3. Clean work area after each day 4. Extra credit for getting rid of loose wiring, the previous owner's dish, and fixing a broken gate 5. Honest and transparent pricing - we had a change order since during prep, more dry rot was found than at first glance. Highly recommend Felix for your exterior wood repair and painting needs.

They came, they painted, and they cleaned up after themselves. There were no messy accidents or anything like that--just a clean, easy experience. Their pricing is competitive, and they provided courteous and prompt communication. I will definitely be using them for all my future painting needs! Here are a few notes to consider when painting your whole house: Temporary window restrictions: There might be windows you won't be able to open because they are taped and sealed for painting. This might affect your day-to-day routine for a day or two, but it's truly one of those things you don't miss until you can't open your window! Test your colors in different areas: Be sure to check your paint choice in various places--like the garage, side doors, side walls, and back walls. The changing light makes colors look completely different than they do on a tiny sample patch.

The crew showed up when they said they would be here every day, and were extremely conscientious about covering furniture and belongings during work and cleaning up before they left. They were also amazingly understanding of the fact that I still had to, you know, live in my house with 3 small children and a not-small dog while they were here, and were more than happy to work with me on things like having the kids' room finished and accessible as quickly as possible and having the kitchen accessible for almost the entire project so I could feed the kiddos. (What is it with kids needing food every 2 hours?) They wound up finishing a day earlier than estimated, and the house looks amazing. They installed new baseboards and changed out door hardware as well - we could not be more thrilled with how things look. We will definitely be using these guys for exterior painting, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

After I agreed to the quote he sent me the contract for work which I was able to sign and we set the date.
