I reached out on Yelp for a project regarding cost to vault a ceiling of a potential house I was considering to buy. Someone on the team said that they could come at 11am for a site visit. I asked once again on Yelp to confirm they were coming. I had heard that I would need advice from a structural engineer, and they said yes. Then, I called them directly again, to verify if the manager would be able to speak on the structural feasibility of the project. After calling the manager's number provided by the receptionist multiple times, there was no answer - maybe he was on the job. However, when my husband called AD Master again, he was able to reach someone and when he asked about the site visit, they said they didn't have our appointment on the books. We had to schedule once again on the phone. Long story short, someone did come (at 10am, not the agreed time) and they thought they were there for a deck repair. To be honest, he just seemed uncomfortable to have showed up to the wrong job site and didn't contribute much - no estimate of cost or work was shared by him. I liked the quality of work I saw on the photos, but would not likely hire them due to the poor communication so far. Edit response to AD Master: After speaking with your customer service agent, Viky, she shared that many of your employees do not speak English as a first language, causing the miscommunications. They provided a bid to do almost everything to get our house livable, and while we didn't choose them for every line item, we were happy to hire them to do almost everything. David and his team were nothing short of amazing. In just 6 weeks, they transformed our house from an empty shell with painted drywall into a livable home. Their craftsmanship was outstanding - they replaced the subfloor, walked us through acclimating our hardwood floors, installed both LVP and hardwood throughout, helped organize the design and installation of steel railings, and even frameless glass shower doors. Despite my eagerness to speed up the process, they maintained their high-quality standards. They also installed trim and doors throughout, ensuring everything was complete just in time for us to move in before our rental lease expired. Loran was super helpful with getting the carpet ordered and measured, and with all the details involved in one small runner (they have a LOT of details!) from ordering to measuring, construction, and install. Note that it was three months almost to the day from when we ordered the carpet to the point when we were walking on it in our home. (We had a small job that had a lot of detail work, and it went through some special handling.) While it's so awesome that I wish we'd had it sooner - to get this level of quality it was worth the wait.

We then had a flood (lucky us) the insurance approved carpet replacement in the whole home. Great. However, they delivered and installed the wrong carpet. I could tell it was a cheap imitation and luckily I had the sample and the original carpet leftovers. This new carpet fibers were not woven the same, not as dense and when I reached out to the install manager, he came over and said the carpet was correct. This AH ignored my calls and emails for MONTHS! I sent macro photos of the carpet strands showing a huge difference in density and weave. Also the new carpet was scratchy. Our original carpet was silky and plush. He did the ol switcharoo with .99 builders grade BS. The carpet we got was (I believe) $7.99 sqft. I found the regional manager on linked in and sent an email asking what was up. Along with that, I attached every single communication to this install manager and a call log of missed calls to his number. Suffice it to say the regional manager emailed me straight away and the install manager got the problem fixed within a week. This was a six month ordeal... I will never trust them again. If you bought expensive carpet and your carpet is wearing, I'd go get samples of the carpet you chose and compare fibers. My guess is that what they did isn't uncommon.

To name some specifics on what went wrong: -damaged my table and took over 4 weeks to repair -big delay on the project (3-4 weeks late on a 5 week project) -Sean said he'd be at my place to accept a delivery and did not show up, so I had to rush there during the work day -Left my sofa outside which partially got wet from the rain -Blamed me for the kitchen not fitting the microwave and refrigerator correctly even though the links I sent him for the appliances described the depth needed for the appliances. Microwave and fridge still do not look great -took months to get a receipt -Poor communication (Had to communicate with a few different people rather than just Sean and it was oftentimes a delayed response) The project was completed and within budget, but cannot give higher than a 2 star review for the reasons above. I would not recommend BZR remodeling.

Jeff didn't pick up the phone when I first called, but his voice greeting message included his rate information, which was helpful. Currently, he charges $150/hr. I left him a message and also sent him some photos of the pipe in the attic to see if it's something he could help. An hour after, he called me back to let me know that he could help. Jeff was able to come by the next day. He called me to let me know that he was on the way to my place. He was on time. Before I asked him to remove shoes when entering my house, he already put on shoe covers. He went on fixing the pipes in the attic as soon as he arrived. He was able to get everything done within an hour. He also charged materials reasonably. We also had a short chat, and I found him such a pleasant person. I will definitely call him again for plumbing work.

I work as a realtor so I've seen many botched remodels and how mistakes effect value. Ramiro and his crew did an amazing job. The shower is 10' X 5' with body jets, rain pan, and shower head. Best part is everything looks like it was always there. The shower drains properly, and you can run a wine glass across the tile without catching an edge. A true sign of talented craftsmanship.
