E&A Pro Flooring came to our rescue when our general contractor ghosted us, leaving our home…read moreremodel in disarray. I initially contacted them to look at tile for our project, when David and Enzo arrived I was very pleased to discover they did much more than that. They provided a bid to do almost everything to get our house livable, and while we didn't choose them for every line item, we were happy to hire them to do almost everything. David and his team were nothing short of amazing. In just 6 weeks, they transformed our house from an empty shell with painted drywall into a livable home. Their craftsmanship was outstanding - they replaced the subfloor, walked us through acclimating our hardwood floors, installed both LVP and hardwood throughout, helped organize the design and installation of steel railings, and even frameless glass shower doors. Despite my eagerness to speed up the process, they maintained their high-quality standards. They also installed trim and doors throughout, ensuring everything was complete just in time for us to move in before our rental lease expired. Without David and his crew, we would have moved into an incomplete and unsafe home for our 4.5-year-old. We're extremely grateful to have found E&A through Yelp, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They went above and beyond, and this 5-star review is well-deserved

Our carpet runner is in and it looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier. Hector and crew did a…read moreperfectionist's job on the installation and every time I go up and down our stairs I'm so appreciative of their quality work and their attention to detail with both measuring and install, right down to the alignment of the pad that you can't see but that is exactly accurately lined up under the carpet. It is perfectly done. Runner has been meticulously crafted and assembled prior to install. Loran was super helpful with getting the carpet ordered and measured, and with all the details involved in one small runner (they have a LOT of details!) from ordering to measuring, construction, and install. Note that it was three months almost to the day from when we ordered the carpet to the point when we were walking on it in our home. (We had a small job that had a lot of detail work, and it went through some special handling.) While it's so awesome that I wish we'd had it sooner - to get this level of quality it was worth the wait.

We purchased Mohawk Smart Strand Silk reserve Pet carpet. Super soft super durable. Great. Fine…read more We had the carpet installed before we moved in. We then had a flood (lucky us) the insurance approved carpet replacement in the whole home. Great. However, they delivered and installed the wrong carpet. I could tell it was a cheap imitation and luckily I had the sample and the original carpet leftovers. This new carpet fibers were not woven the same, not as dense and when I reached out to the install manager, he came over and said the carpet was correct. This AH ignored my calls and emails for MONTHS! I sent macro photos of the carpet strands showing a huge difference in density and weave. Also the new carpet was scratchy. Our original carpet was silky and plush. He did the ol switcharoo with .99 builders grade BS. The carpet we got was (I believe) $7.99 sqft. I found the regional manager on linked in and sent an email asking what was up. Along with that, I attached every single communication to this install manager and a call log of missed calls to his number. Suffice it to say the regional manager emailed me straight away and the install manager got the problem fixed within a week. This was a six month ordeal... I will never trust them again. If you bought expensive carpet and your carpet is wearing, I'd go get samples of the carpet you chose and compare fibers. My guess is that what they did isn't uncommon.

After the…read morewater restoration company has completed the drying and removal of the damaged dry wall, our house was left in disarray. The master tub needed to be put back. We needed extensive sealant around it to prevent water from leaking and a bit of grouting work around the tiles too. In addition, our kitchen ceiling needed drywall cover-up, sanding, and painting. We reached out to Abby and her team for a quote. They were prompt with communication. The pricing was also reasonable out of the previous three companies we've received quotes from. They worked efficiently, only taking Sunday off, and finished the work in 2.5 days' time. We are happy with the work they've done and have honored everything we asked for in our contract. I highly recommend them.

John from Golden Oak Construction reached out to us promptly after our initial inquiry. He was professional, attentive, and connected us with project manager Abby. Abby quickly arranged a site visit and remained our main point of contact throughout the project. We live in California and the project was for our home in Washington state and coordination was done remotely via video calls -- and Abby delivered. Like any construction, there were a few unexpected hiccups along the way, but Abby handled each one with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset. She ensured the project stayed on track and met our expectations despite the challenges. Overall, we're very happy with the Golden Oak Construction team's work. They successfully brought our vision, and their ability to coordinate a project remotely was impressive!
