At no point did this company ask to plug in their generator, or whatever that huge thing was, to our house. They said they had gotten the ok to plug into the house. Who gave you the ok when the home owner is standing in front of you saying you don't have permission? The next day we came home to find they had come in through our back gate and plugged in to our house AGAIN! Not only did they trespass on our property but they were stealing electricity. Such a shady, disrespectful company.

Do not hire Flores Fencing…read more Flores Fencing installed our pool fence backwards and without obtaining the required permit. The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Flores Fencing.

I've been trying to get two gate boards that are warped fixed since summer of 2025. Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. This company is a pleasure to work with, their quality of work is top notch, and they make me feel like a valued customer. Update: 4/29/2021: I found that the best way to get service after the sale, is to contact the office directly. Jimmy, the owner, is extremely responsive and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Lifetime Fence! Thank you! * The 2021 reviews were under an old profile which is no in use. I wanted to merge it with the updated 2024 review to reflect continuity with the same company under my current profile.

The day that Alec and Brendon walked the job site, there was nothing more to consider as they had a quote in my hand before even leaving when others took a week plus even to get an estimate!   Fence Fanatics delivered the job with quality craftsmanship, integrity, and upfront honesty about each aspect of the job since our fence had some levels of complexity, given that we added a full concrete retaining wall versus a wood retaining wall. Each day, either Nick, Alec, or Brendon was on-site to oversee the job and send a communication through text, email, and phone calls.
