Emigdio Dioz was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. We have very large windows across the back of our home that were long overdue for a thorough cleaning, and the difference is incredible. Our windows look absolutely amazing! We were so impressed with the quality of the work that we've already decided to make this an annual service. We've also recommended Bubbles to a family member. If you're considering having your windows cleaned, I highly recommend Bubbles. You won't be disappointed!

Adrian and his team did an outstanding job on our walkways. We hired them mainly to repair damage…read moreto our main entrance walkway caused by heaving. Our existing walkway had become uneven and posed a tripping hazard. We also needed to make the step up to our home more accessible for our elderly visitors. They addressed these issues and repurposed the old bricks to create an additional walkway connecting the side garage door to the driveway. This improvement made that entrance easier to use and helped keep our family from walking through dirt or mud during bad weather. Before work started, I had some apprehensions regarding water drainage and its potential impact on the new work. Adrian took my concerns seriously and made the necessary adjustments to the gutter downspouts. They repositioned them strategically to ensure proper water flow away from the walkways, safeguarding their work and prolonging the lifespan of our new improvements. They even added new grass seed to the area, something I hadn't thought to request. The attention to detail, constant communication, and professional work ethic shown by Adrian Landscaping & Hardscaping have left a positive impression on me. I look forward to collaborating with them again next season for other landcaping/hardscaping enhancements.

The paint they used stank so bad my asthma got triggered. The guy that was painting was rude and obnoxious, never came on time and took 4 hour lunches!! Will never hire them again. Due to the pandemic we ended up putting it on hold, but finally I called them and scheduled the service. The young lady who answers the phone has always been extremely patient and flexible which is truly appreciated. She took her time altering a number of estimates and going over the price structure. She also had no problem separating the invoices after I told her my neighbor and I wanted to pay separately. My neighbor and I were able to schedule our cleanings on the same day. My appointment was for 2pm, but the gentleman (2) arrived a half hour early and were ready to work. (I had told the receptionist that my neighbor and I both work from home) They cleaned my windows and screens in about 3 hours. The screens cost $5 each and the windows cost $299. (I live on the 3rd floor) It was slightly cheaper for my neighbor since she lives on the first floor. The windows are spotless! They haven't been this clean since I bought the place a few years ago. The gentlemen who came out were affable, polite, efficient and hard working. I was more than happy to tip them $20 each. I'm very satisfied with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to use ELM again or refer them to others.
