Called originally for a storage clean out for work, but they did such a great job with that, that I called them again for a personal house clean-up as well. Both times, communication was good, staff were friendly, on time and just pleasant to work with. I was able to schedule just a few days ahead and they took care of everything I needed. Cleaned up down to sweeping afterward. A plus: they gave up-front and honest pricing estimates. You save a chunk paying cash or Venmo, but they do take credit cards. It could've been a Five Star Review. I originally got a bid from another vendor for $1300-$1500 for dissembling and haul away the backyard junk left from the previous tenants. I admit it is a lot of work, but with the right tools and right method, it could have been done within one afternoon. Then Vincent and his helper came. In order to get this job, they talked to the owner Brandon and promised on the phone to honor the price and do it for $1500, according to Vincent, he said that if the junk ended up being more than a trailer, they will just have to eat the difference on their end. Ok deal, if it is the same price as other vendors i decided to have Eco 1st hauling do it because Vincent and his helper Aaron was just very polite and prompt. when they first started at around 12 o'clock, I am surprised that they didn't use any big hammers to flatten the shelves. rather, they put the shelf/cabinets straight into the trailer without making them flat. I'm like - they will for sure exceed one 14ft trailer because there's no way they could fit without flattening it first. But since they said they will do everything for 1,500 i am good with their ways of doing it, maybe it will be faster that way. around 5 pm came the phone call from Brandon, " The amount of trash was exceeding the 14 ft trailer capacity, I am sorry if we do it for 1500, minus the dump fee, i can only pay Vincent and Aaron 100 dollars for half the day labor. You can pay $1500 and call it for today but if you want us to come back and finish it will be $500 more " ( note that it is 30% more than the original promise) I don't mind paying extra, but I don't like being "kidnapped" to pay. It ended up costing us much more and plus more time that we didn't intend to spend. I gave two stars because of Vincent and Aaron's hard work. and we also tipped them $50 for their lunch. But next time for other customers, please bring appropriate tools. read more

I hired these guys to come pick up some junk. At first everything seemed fine. They showed up and backed their truck a few feet away from my car. They opened the gates and a giant bbq comes flying out towards my car. My home video captures the event. At this time I am still determining the damages. I can only echo all the good things that have been said about Brandon and Eco 1st Hauling. They replied promptly to my inquiry and came next day to pick up my stuff. They were careful not to scrap any walls or doorframes when maneuvering a bulky item, but without compromising on quickness and getting the job done. At the end I asked them if the quoted fee was sufficient and he said they honor the quoted fee even though due to the stairs etc it should have been 20.00 more.
