Called originally for a storage clean out for work, but they did such a great job with that, that I called them again for a personal house clean-up as well. Both times, communication was good, staff were friendly, on time and just pleasant to work with. I was able to schedule just a few days ahead and they took care of everything I needed. Cleaned up down to sweeping afterward. A plus: they gave up-front and honest pricing estimates. You save a chunk paying cash or Venmo, but they do take credit cards. Definitely recommend Brandon and his team...special shout out to Isaiah, Vincent and Brandon himself for fast and friendly service! read more

Although my experience started out rocky with them, the owner Brandon really went the extra step to make things right. Started off with a miscommunication with the employees that came to do the work originally. But Brandon came out a few days later and worked with me to find a good middle ground that left us both feeling good with the job quote. Prices are reasonable and similar to other places I requested quotes from. Item hauled: soil read more

We were tasked with clearing out our really large old family home filled with years of collected items. We got estimates from 3 hauling companies and all came within the same estimate but we decided to go with Eco1st Hauling. Brandon was very responsive and his team was prompt upon arrival. What they estimated to take 1 day and 4 loads ended up being 3 days and 8 loads. However, once the team filled the 4 loads, they didn't remove another item until we ok'd the additional costs. We really appreciate their help! The home is all cleared out and Eco1st made this is painless experience! read more

They did a fantastic job. I had a badly cluttered apartment from being in the same building for 25 years, and suffering from health issues. They were great about coordinating with me on their ETA, and got the job done quickly. Professional & friendly. read more

It could've been a Five Star Review. I originally got a bid from another vendor for $1300-$1500 for dissembling and haul away the backyard junk left from the previous tenants. I admit it is a lot of work, but with the right tools and right method, it could have been done within one afternoon. Then Vincent and his helper came. In order to get this job, they talked to the owner Brandon and promised on the phone to honor the price and do it for $1500, according to Vincent, he said that if the junk ended up being more than a trailer, they will just have to eat the difference on their end. Ok deal, if it is the same price as other vendors i decided to have Eco 1st hauling do it because Vincent and his helper Aaron was just very polite and prompt. when they first started at around 12 o'clock, I am surprised that they didn't use any big hammers to flatten the shelves. rather, they put the shelf/cabinets straight into the trailer without making them flat. I'm like - they will for sure exceed one 14ft trailer because there's no way they could fit without flattening it first. But since they said they will do everything for 1,500 i am good with their ways of doing it, maybe it will be faster that way. around 5 pm came the phone call from Brandon, " The amount of trash was exceeding the 14 ft trailer capacity, I am sorry if we do it for 1500, minus the dump fee, i can only pay Vincent and Aaron 100 dollars for half the day labor. You can pay $1500 and call it for today but if you want us to come back and finish it will be $500 more " ( note that it is 30% more than the original promise) I don't mind paying extra, but I don't like being "kidnapped" to pay. It ended up costing us much more and plus more time that we didn't intend to spend. I gave two stars because of Vincent and Aaron's hard work. and we also tipped them $50 for their lunch. But next time for other customers, please bring appropriate tools. read more

These guys showed up really fast and did a good, careful job. No hassle, just showed up and cleared out the stuff I needed clearing out. Friendly and efficient. If you need a fantastic hailing company that's environmentally conscience, cares about it's customers, isnt afraid of big or small jobs, and is just all around helpful, then Eco 1st Hauling is the BEST choice. I recently used them two weeks in a row because I had to help my parents move on short notice. Brandon, Vincent, and team were very responsibe and had the best "can-do" attitude. They were quick on the job and coordinated flawlessly. I give them five stars but if I could give more, I would! Use them...you wont regret it it!! read more

I hired these guys to come pick up some junk. At first everything seemed fine. They showed up and backed their truck a few feet away from my car. They opened the gates and a giant bbq comes flying out towards my car. My home video captures the event. At this time I am still determining the damages. But unfortunately Brandon is denying that it hit my car. The video tells all. On monday I have an adjuster coming out to assess damages if any. read more

Fantastic service, awesome communication and fair estimates. I would give Brandon and his team 10 stars if I could. I had a massive, heavy duty shed that I wanted to have removed from my yard. Within 24 hours, Brandon's team dismantled it piece by piece and hauled it away, along with a ton of other junk we had in our yard. Nothing I appreciate more than speedy service and these guys are FAST, allowing me to stay on track for my landscaping project. Highly recommend these guys for any hauling services. read more

I asked for a quote over yelp. I received a quote within about 15 minutes that was very affordable. Brandon was able to come the same day which was a big plus. He was very friendly and professional. Bottom line, I would recommend this service and will be using it again down the road. read more

Brandon, was super fast and professional. He was in my area, he arrived to our home within 15 mins of my quote!! Super fast!! His rates are also very fair. I will call them again if we need a haul. We needed a piano removed from our house in San Francisco. We called Eco 1st, and they did a great job! We were able to schedule them for the next day, which was terrific. Their pricing was very competitive. Brandon and his team were professional and very friendly. Plus, they were strong; it was a challenge (to say the least) to get the piano down our stairs. I can only echo all the good things that have been said about Brandon and Eco 1st Hauling. They replied promptly to my inquiry and came next day to pick up my stuff. They were careful not to scrap any walls or doorframes when maneuvering a bulky item, but without compromising on quickness and getting the job done. At the end I asked them if the quoted fee was sufficient and he said they honor the quoted fee even though due to the stairs etc it should have been 20.00 more. Payment was easily done by Venmo and needless to say I paid them the 20.00 extra, because excellent work deserves fair pay. Very professional attitude plus a very friendly and polite demeanor were the icing on the cake. read more
