Was recommended by a family member who used their services before. They were recommended by someone at Island Honda. I had shopped around on yelp and their pricing was in line with competitors but communicating with them was friendlier and way better than other businesses. We had a kaiser appointment to get to on the same day and Keola was very accommodating and got the car out in about an hour. We came early in the morning before anything else was open so we took a loop on the Maui Bus and by the time we got back, the car was completed. They applied tints to the windshield, and back windows. They matched the manufacturing tints from the front windows. They communicate great through email as well. I had entered the wrong email address and Krystal was able to send me a confirmation of receipt so I can keep it for their lifetime warranty! ***UPDATE*** I know, I know... I said I'll be back for an update in a week. It's been two months. Lol. Anyway, the bubbles are gone! Yaaasss! Sadly, I lowered my rate from 4 to 3 stars for 2 reasons... Scratches and small imperfection. First, there are a few scratches on the tint and I noticed it when we picked it up from the shop a couple of months ago. Of course, I'm not going to complain and have them charge me again for new film. So, I try to ignore it, but sometimes it just catches my attention. Second, I could see imperfections of cuts that have been made on the back windows. I left my car there for the whole work day. I understand that they may have been busy, but they should manage their time wisely so it doesn't seem like they're rushing to get the job done. Yes, my reasons may seem minuscule, but any customer would expect a better job to be done when getting their car tinted. April 2016: Heard mixed reviews about this place. I just hope that we made the right choice. So far, my car looks ok. Only ok because there are so many bubbles & I'm hoping they'll be gone soon. It's annoying seeing them on my windows & not being able to do anything about it, but wait it out for at least a week. I'll be back for an update in a week. read more

Got a fine, thin scratch on my right side. They did say they'd get it fixed as best as they could. Also apologized for the long wait.
