Daniel uses the Yelp app to provide estimates and schedule appointments. We confirmed an estimate, time and date, and I left my car to remove and apply the legal tint for rear and back passenger windows. I didn't hear from him for several hours so I called. He said it's done. So, I walked 20 minutes and picked up the car. The tint looked great, bubble-free and pretty accurate in the fit. He did mention that it needed a day or two to cure and dry, so lock the windows and don't open until it's perfectly dry. Good job that's not cheap, but if I get another 5-10 years on this new tint, it's worth it.

I had shopped around on yelp and their pricing was in line with competitors but communicating with them was friendlier and way better than other businesses. We had a kaiser appointment to get to on the same day and Keola was very accommodating and got the car out in about an hour. We came early in the morning before anything else was open so we took a loop on the Maui Bus and by the time we got back, the car was completed. They applied tints to the windshield, and back windows. They matched the manufacturing tints from the front windows. They communicate great through email as well. I had entered the wrong email address and Krystal was able to send me a confirmation of receipt so I can keep it for their lifetime warranty! Aside from the excellent customer Stan and Elsa provide they also go above and beyond customer expectations. For the past 5 years my back windows weren't working properly. Several mechanics had told me the motors on both sides needed to be replaced. As it was an expensive repair I opted not to fix them. When speaking with Stan about this he offered to fix the windows if feasible. I came back to pick up my car after about 4 hours. Not only were the windows sleek and able to be seen out of but the windows were rolling down without issues ! No charge for this ! I was blown away especially after receiving quotes to replace the motors with service would be around $1,000. Before I left Stan also buffed out my headlights (also complimentary) to complete my car's makeover. While talking story he told me that he enjoys helping people even if they don't pay him for all his services. There's been times that as someone who doesn't have extensive background information about cars I'm often overwhelmed, hesitant and stressed about basic car repairs. I've been able to receive referrals from friends and family to help if issues come up. When interacting with Stan it felt like I was being helped by my uncle who really wanted to ensure my lil Honda Fit would look spotless and also function higher than it has the last few years. I'm beyond thankful for Star's attention to detail, excellent customer service and generosity. If I could give more than 5 stars for Star I would!
