I don't deal with windshields, so I trusted a company to do the job right--but instead, I was taken advantage of, misled, and left with a disaster. TWICE! My windshield was changed twice in January. Although the 2nd one didnt make any sounds like it was about to crack, it however was not the same glass and looked used. The edges were not cut correctly or smooth, laminated was bubbling, black part was scratched and showed up with the sun. I can understand non dealer parts. But its up to the installed to reject it before passing it on the customer. I was made to feel I was crazy. They claim they didn't hear the noise I was hearing every morning going up Lwr Main St. for my coffee. I felt personally violated by the lack of honesty, never was informed that the first glass was changed due to whatever the cause.. but they could have explained it was a another glass was used to solve the noise problem. But on the way out of their business, I was told " let us know if you hear anymore noise, okay". If they didn't hear any noise... why did they remove it? Who knows? Just bad customer care. No Bueno. No Aloha!
