I SO wanted to be "as good as new" at the end of my sessions and I can say today that I am darn close to that. I might be able to gain a bit more strength on my own but I have full range of motion and can walk with a perfectly even gait, go up and down stairs like a pro, (catch a ball while standing on one foot!), and stand on my tip toes.
