I was so happy to find out about this location! I used to go to their other salon, The Valley Nail bar, but I moved and it's out of the way now, so I am super happy to have this location closer to my house! The facility is clean and modern and I always have a good experience here. Saturday was my first time at this location and It did not disappoint. I walked in right when they opened, but I will definitely be making an appointment next time as this place gets busy quick. read more

I went in last minute to get a new set and I was so floored with my nail Techs work! Love it! My gel powder w/acrylic was not to thick. It was just right thin and for some nails it would have broken by now because I'm tough on my nails and it's still intact. I got ombré nails with like a pastel or soft mint color. Love it!!! read more

If you're on a time crunch then TRAM is very fast & efficient. I love how TRAM uses the straight acrylic nails instead of the curved ones. She's also very good at designs. If you're not on a time crunch and want someone that really takes her time ask for QUINEY she is a perfectionist. (My cousin loves her work & her nails hardly ever break she has been getting her fills from her for months now. She uses the curved nails) If you're looking for someone that will glue & file your nails on so strong that they won't break no matter how long you want them ask for LILLY she's made my nails so strong that they never broke I had to soak them off for a new set a month after getting them done. This is a VERY CLEAN peaceful place to get your manicure pedicure. The staff are wonderful easy to talk to & very accommodating. There is hardly ever a wait. I LOVE the cute polka dot ruffle apron uniforms the technicians wear . They are always dressed cute and all matching. It's located on the corner there's plenty of carding around the corner next to the radiology center. I will post pictures soon. read more

Fiona is hands down the best! I followed her here from a different location because it isn't where you go to get your nails done it's from WHO! And Fiona is IT! Tip her well because she takes care of you! Mani/pedi at other locations take maybe 40 mins? She usually spends 1.5 hours on me for a gel manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail and years of skills keeps me a faithful regular! Thank you Fiona for taking your time to really clean and shape my nails. They're the healthiest and prettiest they've ever been! See you in 3 weeks! read more

I love this place. It's nice, clean, modern, and so relaxing. My nail tech had the massage chair going and I could've easily fallen asleep. I used to go to a spot near my house but would be uptight during the whole thing because of how rough they were. I thought it was just me but other customers could be heard yelping from pain at times. This place is SO gentle. I will most definitely be coming back! read more

Place is clean and follow covid protocol well. I did a gel manicure and the eclipse gel pedicure. Total was $90, however I paid cash so got a discount, total came out closer to $80. I tipped $5 per person so it came back out to $90. Parking is plenty and they have an atm on site. Only thing I would suggest is offering drinks for the customer. Other salons I've been to offer water/pop/champagne. Eclipse offer a stamp card. read more

I am glad I discovered this place cause it's the first nail salon that didn't make me bleed. Usually they are so rough and aggressive with filing and cleaning. At first, the lady I had thought I only wanted 1 color but she already had 2 colors on the table. They talk a lot to their coworkers and get forgetful easily so I have to repeat what I want. Overall, it's expensive but they do care that you're satisfied. I didn't think it would turn out to be $65 considering how it isn't too long and how she forgot the other color I wanted. She does make sure that it's the shape I want. read more

Service was very friendly from the start to end of my appointment. I came in with an idea of what I liked and left satisfied. I got a full set ombré powder acrylic almond-shaped nails. Quyenh was really sweet and kept telling me to relax during the whole process. She is very experienced so I would recommend booking with her. Their color selection is plentiful. I had two nail technicians one for fingers and another for toes. both made sure I liked the colors that were selected - for my pedicure - the nail tech went through 4 different colors until we found the perfect shade to match my fingers. I did get a slight cut on my big toe but tech was very gentle when she cleaned the area and help stopped the bleeding. I had other places that would continue on as if nothing happened until I feel a sting after they applied the alcohol - so that was appreciated to let me know I was cut and not to drench my toe in alcohol but to actually just lightly dab it. It's been a week since my visit and I've been in the water everyday in (Hawaii) and the colors haven't chipped on my pedicure. One of the stars on the design is slightly chipping but I've received several compliments so you don't even see it. read more

Glad to have found a nail salon which has top-notch service, great technique and high quality products like this place. Highly recommended.

I'll be short. For the most part I had a great experience when I came here. It was super organized. I loved the layout of the business and how they had a wall of the different colors I had to pick from. I do have two complaints. First, I think the prices are just a tad expensive. But that's just my opinion, but it's fine. Second complaint, I wish I didn't have this experience because overall I loved how organized and beautiful it was in this nail salon but I have attached a photo to this review. So one of my toes got swollen after coming here. I didn't really notice until a couple days after my pedicure that my toe was really bugging me. This makes me wonder, do you really clean your tools? It makes me thing about a lot of things. This has never happened to me before. I'm really sad about this tbh. read more

I decided to stop by to get a pedicure for myself because I was I had an in-grown nail that was hurting my toe. Same time I brought my girlfriend for a pedicure as well. This place is Conveniently close to home so i decided to give this place a try. I really liked how the interior building was set up though because of covid services were done outside which was comfortable being seated outside during the heat. Plenty of shade. I had Yen and my girlfriend had Kimberly. They both Were nice and friendly. Thank you ladies! I personally think it was not with the price for a maintenance pedicure. I will like to give this place a try after it is safe to have serviced done indoors. read more

If you walk in and see LYN as your nail lady, RUN AWAY! I've been here once before for a pedi and had a decent service so I decided to go back. I walked in midday Sunday, lots of empty chairs which I now understand why, and was greeted by the girl at the front desk, very friendly & helpful. I mentioned I wanted a gel manicure, LYN came over to escort me to the chair and began asking me about acrylics. Once again, I repeated myself and said I wanted a regular gel manicure. She began to set up her station, seemed kind of frustrated and asked me again about acrylics which yet again I expressed wanting a regular gel manicure. I should've just walked out at that point... She started working very aggressively on my nails and when she was filing down my nails, I could feel my skin being ripped. As you can see in the pictures, she filed my nails wayyy to close to my skin where it hurt to even touch. The cuticles were also mediocrely worked on. After she filed my nails, the nail dust wasn't brushed off therefore I had a bunch of bumps underneath the nail polish. You know they say you get what you pay for but this was definitely not something you'd expect from a $55 service. And I understand cross-selling but after being asked 3 times for a pedicure and for acrylics and the eye rolls every time I said no, I grew very frustrated and couldn't wait to get the heck out of there! I had been waiting to get my nails done for weeks and was looking forward to the pleasant experience I usually have at most places. Sadly, this was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a very long time. I wish I was the type of person to complain, not have paid and walked out! Please save yourself the headache and frustration and take your money elsewhere! read more

I won't be coming back here again it seemed I had to fight to have the nails that I wanted. I was not being heard and the technician seemed annoyed with a polite request. As if my nails are being done for free. She did my nails so old school style and thick she didn't want to be careful about adding so much acrylic and just piled on so much and then was too bothered to do them thin even though I kept asking. I became tired of asking that I just let it be. I definitely would not come back. As a costumer we should be heard and not made feel we're asking for too much when it is not cheap or free service. read more

I came here on Friday for their grand opening (with a generous 20% off)! The place is super clean and very well decorated. Services are all done outside right now because of COVID, but the setup is cute and all safety precautions taken. My nail tech was Jessica and she did an amazing job with my nails (pictured). I got gel with a cat eye design using a magnet to move the polish around. It was pretty cool. Customer service was great. Please don't go here to try, it's not worth it. She used the dirty file and buffer on me. That's why I got very infected. I will call the state board on her cause of poor sanitation. She made sure to check in with me several times through my pedicure as well as my fill (she did both!) she took out my ingrowns with ease (no pain!) & shaped my nails perfectly. First time going to this place (new location) and i have to say they really know how to take care of their clients ! If you're in a rush , i would probably mention it but honestly i enjoyed them taking their time instead of rushing me in and out like most places . Annie did my gel manicure and she made sure they were to my exact liking , she was also very sweet to talk to . Bonus with the hand massage ! I did a basic color but next time , I'm going to see what she can really do Tiffany did my pedicure and i appreciated the 10 minute timer to ensure i wasn't getting shorted for my leg/foot massage . she was very precise with her work, ensuring there was no excess color on my skin. 10/10 recommend . will be coming back . ps, they have a 20% off opening discount! read more

The customer service here is terrible. My pedicure was fine, nothing spectacular. During my manicure, I noticed a few of my nails were streaky. Before the stylist placed, my nails under the gel light, I informed her that I'd like her to fix the two nails prior to her curing my nails...instant attitude. She starting handling my hands very roughly. Rather than ask me to put my hands under the light, she aggressively taps my hand to go under the gel. Additionally, once she wiped my hands clean of lotion and oil, she used the same rag to wipe off another customer's chair prior to her sitting down. Not at all sanitary. Once she was finished with my gel, she very rudely shoved the bill in my face. When I spoke to the manager, he didn't really show any genuine care or concern. I am almost positive, he didn't speak to her about how rude she was. I definitely will not be back...certainly do not recommend. Not in the business of paying money for poor service. read more

I've been to this nail salon many times, Mary is my "go to" she is great. Everyone is very nice. However, when I canceled, I still received a call asking if I was still going to the appointment, after I mentioned that I also canceled my second appointment because I am running late, the young man says, before he hung up, "oh my god!". His name is Thomas. When I arrived at my appointment that I rescheduled at 315, I told him I had just talked to him on the phone and heard what he said before he hung up. Before he tried to justify his behavior, I reminded him that I had been there many times and everyone is very nice, and next time he should watch what he says when he's on the phone. And with sarcasm, and irritation on his face, he says "I will try to do that.." Excuse me? "TRY TO DO THAT?" I replied with "that's very unprofessional.." and again, with sarcasm, "I try to that next time" So then I replied with "yes, without the sarcasm". He's obviously not a people person, and honestly, a canceled appointment is not a reason to make comments, it's not that serious. This is the first time I have had an issue at Eclipse, if it happens again, I will find another salon that has happier, more friendly front desk help. One start rating is because of the unprofessional behavior. Not the service I received from Kim. Again, all the nail techs are very nice. read more

BEWARE THEY SCAMMERS!! I went in for a change of color only asked Trang twice she said ok. Then went on to charge me for a FULL Manicure! Terrible! she cut my nails without asking! There Was a gap between polish and cuticles! I asked her to paint closer to cuticle. she didn't like that. I told the front desk guy why I was getting charged for a full manicure when she agreed on a change a polish he went to ask Trang and came back yeah you paying $40. She didn't even give the massage in a manicure! What a fucking scam! BEWARE!!! Thats the new way of stealing your money! DO NOT GO HERE you will get ripped off read more

I've been coming to this nail salon since they opened, I never had an issue with the services. Until the last appointment I made for a mani/pedi. I'm on my feet all day and the best part of a pedi is the massage. Let me tell you the nail tech only massage my calf's maybe touched my feet to message it 3 times. I knew it right off the bat yup never having her to my toes again. Then she did my mani which she did a good job. This is the main reason I'm leaving a review. The mani message once again only like 3 min no stone no hot rag just lotion. She hands me the receipt to take to front desk. I look at it and she charging me for the most expensive mani services 40 something I believe which included 12 min massage stone warm cloth.. I was in disbelief I wasn't going to pay it. I let the front desk lady know she says let me go ask the manager.. She(manager) comes back and says I'll take 5 dollars off. No Im sorry nothing. I wasn't going to debate and make a scene. I've been coming here for a few months now, they've got a super chill vibe and bright open space. Everyone is really nice. There's a tv in the waiting area, when they have a game on it's nice to pass the time while you wait. (I usually walk-in and wait for Quinny, better to make an appointment but I am a spontaneous salon goer) The chairs are comfy to sit in whether you're waiting or getting a mani or pedi. I always leave happy with my nails, Quinny is my go-to, I get compliments on my nails and she's gentle and pleasant to engage with so I keep going back to her lol. I have brittle nails, I'm not the most gentle with them but they last me about two weeks. I feel there's a nice variety of gel colors and a cool selection for glitter, chrome, and cat-eyes. I'm excited to try them. Overall always just a pleasant experience. I'll try to remember to take pictures next time lol read more
