The only down side is that it's really hard to get out here. But the place is fun, beautiful, well lit, clean and tons of pinball games. I happened to be at the tequila festival and happened to come here when it was over because why the heck not. I probably won't make it out into this neck of the woods any time soon. My favorite beer I tried that was on tap was definitely the raspberry sour (PH4). It wasn't overly sour or overly sweet and just the perfect hint of raspberry. Second favorite was probably the Rice Saison (S8). Beers were for the most part priced around $9 for a tall glass and $6 for a short. Which is typical and if it was a regular bar they'd be taking advantage of it being a craft beer and upcharge it. Glad I got to check this brewery out again and see all the changes!

I got the Classic Trio Flight ($18), which they serve Number Fourteen, Blue Door, and Occidental. I was very impressed with all of them, regardless of how they were made. I don't think I've ever had sake this smooth in my life before. I also got to try two other drinks. The Weekend Lover ($17) consists of ube (which gives it that distinct purple color), coconut, sake kasu pina colada, msg, sweet potato shochu, Oaxaca rum, lime, and a mango leaf that they light one fire for aesthetics. This drink I enjoyed. I also tried the Kakariko Highball ($16) which is made with buckwheat shochu, japanese bourbon, sherry, soda, lemon oil. I wasn't too fond of this drink unfortunately. If you didn't know, they also serve food and they're fantastic. Don't sleep on the food! I got an order of the Kura Hot Wings ($18), which they do give you a bowl of water to wash your fingers with. There a dressing that comes on the side, not sure what it is, but do dip as it tastes great! I didn't think I'd like the Okinawa Sweet Potato Gnocchi ($14), but these tasted great. It comes with housemate pesto, which I liked as a dipping sauce. The Chicken Fried Oyster Mushroom ($15) is a great alternative if you're vegan. This comes with a russian dressing which goes perfectly well with the oyster mushrooms.

We also got to try their new Love at First Spice, which is a collab with mala project. I liked how its novel attempt at combining Chinese chili and spices into beer but I found the beer itself too tangy which drew the attention away from the spice. I liked the chill environment - greenhouse area with board games, cute LED lights, and an outdoor area with lots of tables/fairy lights. Staff were nice and let us try some of their new red wines before we secured the grenache for home. Fun place to hang out!

We first sat at a corner table, but relocated to the bar as soon as another couple left.... We were glad we did as the bartender was fantastic, and added to the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed their IPAs (I opted for Nature of Water and Beyond the Veil), while my wife enjoyed their pilsners. Although we didn't opt to sit outside, we checked out the covered outside patio which also had a great vibe, and was being enjoyed by plenty of patrons. A great place to hang out and get some unique and tasty beers. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

All the beer experiences on what we have had point to two of their flagship beers. The Crisp is one of these beers. It's a pilsner with a crisp, clean flavor. This also has a dry,, hoppy flavor highlights to it also. To be honest it wasn't bad but not necessarily the most memorable of pilsners. It's kind of the same story with the other beer too, an IPA the Resin also was okay but didn't really etch itself in my mind. Flavors noticeable is hoppiness, sweetness and a pine flavor. Both beers are refreshing enough but the beer tastes kind of corporate that doesn't make it's signature for uniqueness all that noticeable.

We appreciated that given the fact that this place kept getting crowded as time passed. We ordered calamari and deviled eggs with crab. The deviled eggs were delicious!! We also ordered a frozen sangria and a frozen painkiller both were really good and not overly strong.
