Nicely organized and smells nice. We weren't greeted when walking in or out which was too bad, the woman was pretty into her phone. $50 for a used target sports bra and used Forever 21 vest for $40. (!!) I don't understand their pricing but it was a cute store if you want to buy some really high end pieces. read more

Stopped into Echoes Too looking for a 20s style dress. The boutique is very small and they don't have too much of a selection, but I did find a potential 20s style dress here (unfortunately, it's a little big, so I didn't buy it). The woman working here welcomed me as soon as I walked in even though she was speaking to someone else. She then helped me by going through the dresses she had and also showing me some cute hats that might work with the 20s style dresses. She helped me with the dress while I was trying it on and was very sweet and kind. The pricing seemed reasonable and service was great. I'll definitely be back to see if any other dresses come in. read more

Eeesh, I was disappointed with the selection here. I have seen better stuff in consignment places in Encinitas. And I thought there were plenty of rich people in La Jolla who didn't want their stuff...I guess they unload the stuff that no one really wants. There are a few, nice vintage pieces, but that was about it. This place is also tiny and a lot of their designer handbags are counterfeit. The lady behind the counter was nice enough until me and my gal pal decided not to get anything. Definitely a pass in my book. read more

I visited the ritzy little resale shop after a late lunch next door at Aloha Sushi. While the owner is a delight, I was not totally smitten with their selection at the time. It looked as though an Amazonian or transvestite just cleaned out her shoe closet recently. The vast majority of the shoes were between size 9-11. I did see a good selection of designer jeans that were in the petite women sizes. The highlight to my experience was the amount of Ferragamo goods in the store. Again, the majority of the items were for shoes that were too large for me at a size seven. While I began to give up on Echoes Too Boutique, assuming I visited during a time of a limited and rather ugly consignment collection, I discovered a wonderful piece of Ferragamo accessory I could see myself using almost daily. A little (or a lot) intimidated by the price being asked for it, I refrained from the immediate purchase. However, I have annotated to make a second visit soon in hopes it is still there. For now, I have made a plan to take my lunches to work and brew my own coffee in the morning so that I may save the money and ability to bargain on the next visit to Echoes Too Boutique. read more

Most resale shops can be hit-or-miss. The day I visited Echoes Too was a hit for me! They carry a lot pricey brands. When I was there, almost everything was marked down. The women working there couldn't be nicer. They were very friendly and helpful, (without crossing the line into pushy, and annoying.) They have a good variety of merchandise. There are many items that appeal to different age groups. Both my future mother-in-law, and myself found things we both liked. (And bought them too!) I got a great dress that was half-off! I just adore this shop in La Jolla. I mostly love it because it has such unique clothes. I dare to be different and if you want some designer clothes at discounted prices, this is the place for you. The owners (sisters) are FABULOUS and eagerly assist you after greeting you at the door. I have received so many compliments on my one of a kind outfits I have worn. I came into Echoes Too Boutique to kill some time before our brunch reservation at Aloha Sushi and I'm already anxious to come back and shop my little heart out. I've been to consignment stores in Del Mar and Solana Beach, but could never really find anything that tickled my shopping bone. They either didn't have my size or they just didn't have that much selections to choose from. It's a different story at Echoes Too though! They had a variety of designer jeans. I found a pair of Joe's Jeans for just $40, and they were my size. Score! I also saw silk Hermes scarves that were decently priced and they had a nice wall of shoes in the back. Great customer service + great selections + easy parking outside = 5 stars for this place! read more

This place is a real gem! I stumbled upon this boutique while my family and I were waiting for a table at The Cottage, which is right across the street. I scored some fabulous, fabulous silk scarves at a great price. The owner/staff was very helpful and enthusiastic in making our experience a pleasant one, and wasn't pushy at all. I left extremely satisfied with my purchases (3 silk scarves of varying lengths/sizes). My sister scored this awesome Anne Klein blazer that fit her perfectly. The styles may be a little more for the 25+ set (classic pieces, compared to Buffalo Exchange which mostly cater to trends), but there are some great accessories and finds for women (sorry guys, you'll have to go somewhere else--next door?) Echoes is out of my way but if you're in the area I would highly suggest that you come check this store out, get a little brunch, and then head to the beach for a nice stroll and a seal-viewing for a perfect day. read more

They usually have a load of crap that may have a mediocre label that has been heavily abused or worn. Prices are not the best, and you will be lucky if you find something at a good price in decent condition, since it's kinda rare. The two women that work there I dont know very well, but they seem cold and uncooperative usually. I would stop by Encore or Designer Consigner instead, both of which offer better qualtiy items and fair prices. read more
