Henry County hosts many free family-friendly events here and there is occasionally a paid event/experience from an external vendor/organization. Our most recent visit was for the county's Hot Summer Fest 2025 (on July 3rd). It included an are show, a drone show, and fireworks, plus games, bouncy houses and water slides before the shows began. We also really love the county's trick or treat event here. This past October (2024) they were doing paid rides on the track so my husband got to take a few high speed spins around the track with a professional driver. Honestly, the speedway seems the perfect location for large festival type events.

Following the class you receive a body suit and helmet, then you're off to get in the car and drive around the track. As far as driving the race car, my boyfriend was the happiest I have ever seen him. He had a huge smile on his face when he got out of the car. While I have seen all varieties of races here over the years, my recent trips here have been to watch my nephew race go-carts on the dirt track. The track is well taken care of, as is the surrounding areas including the parking areas and roads in and out. They could do a bit better on the bleachers, those have clearly taken a hit over the years...still cold hard metal, but just less of them it appears. While this is an ole country dirt track, so you can't expect much, my only gripes are actual restrooms and not charging $20/car for events, even the smallest of them. I understand you got to keep the lights on, but yikes was that a bit of sticker shock when we pulled up! Overall, Senoia Raceway is a good spot for what it is used for. When I need to support or cheer the family on, I will be there.

I did not know that the bleachers/stands were all concrete steps. If coming here for an event, I would definitely recommend bringing some sort of comfort (folding lawn chair, blanket, or something else comfortable to sit on). Walking the pits was also pretty cool. It offered a closer, different, and arguably better view of the track on turns one and two than the stands offered. However, be warned and ready to have dirt thrown on you from all the racecars as they turn in front of you.

I almost drove my personal car onto to the racetrack, I was so lost. Everything after that was awesome. The class was excellent and they do place special emphasis on pulling hard on the steering wheel to make sure it is seated. There is a youtube video showing the steering wheel coming off in the driver's hands, causing a crash. Also if you order a video, make sure to tell the person who takes you to your car that you paid for a video. Before you get out of the car, make sure you get your video. Take it to the checkout and have them play it back for you to make sure it works before leaving the track. My video worked but it was only out the front. The video of me driving the car didn't work, which really pissed me off. I wanted to see myself drive and I wanted others to see me driving the car. There was no sound from the spotter either. I would have loved to hear that on the video, along with me hollering how cool it was. I'll go back again. I'll probably budget for another 10 laps or 12-minute driving experience in the near future. It was 38 degrees that morning and windy, however, once you're in the car, all that goes away. I didn't feel anything but the G's.

I chose the 1st date with intention that if weather or something happened that caused that date to cancel I'd still have two more dates to fall back on. In March, my husband and took off from work and we drove the hour to the Atlanta Motor Speedway, the weather was nice. When we got there RW was not open. We called and the woman on the phone said, that they were indeed open so we drove around some more looking for this place that was supposedly open. Couldn't find anyone so we called again and informed the person on the phone that we didn't see anyone and this person told us it was cancelled due to weather, mind you it was sunny, but I understand, and that wasn't the problem. No one informed us, no email or phone call, but they made sure to send me an email asking me to rate my experience on the track (the I clearly wasn't able to do). They tell us that those other 2 options that were originally on the calendar were now cancelled as well leaving us with 0 chances to go to the Atlanta experience till "possibly October" - their words. So I purchased this in Novemeber, can't use it till maybe October and sadly the only new date that might possibly be available is the one date out of 4 available since last year that we will be unable to attend. Mind you, the experience I purchased expires 1 year from purchase date. What did RW say when I practically begged for a refund? "There are many locations across the country you can drive to one of them". Yet I receive weekly emails about experiences being offered but RW is refusing to let us use ours. I've literally never had such rude, uncaring customer service in my life., Both on the phone and through email. Unfortunately I also convinced another person to purchase the same experience I did so now am I burdened with guilt for her loss of money, and left with nothing but a large dent in my bank account for my husband's birthday. Happy 30th birthday dear.

It's so absurd that this park has ArieForce One. It's like a 95 year old having a Ferrari…read more This Fun Spot is out in the boonies at the edge of the Atlanta metro area and lacks the happening vibes of the two Florida Fun Spots. Granted it was noonish when I was there but it was Saturday and the place was a ghost town. The layout is pretty odd as well. There's a secondary overflow parking lot on the midway next to a big stockade looking building and other old timey looking facades but most of it looks like a county fair or a family fun center like Barrymore's back home. I got my wristband to ride as much as I wanted for the day, even knowing I had to make it to Cape Canaveral by the end of the night and couldn't spend anything close to a full day here. I made a beeline for the fabled star attraction, ArieForce One. It looks great and a mere station wait was a welcome sight. The first 90% of ArieForce One completely lived up to the hype with an incredible mix of airtime hills, inversions and overbanked turns coming at a breakneck pace. Nothing was breaking my neck though, or causing the slightest bit of discomfort. Then came the series of bunny hills at the end with their violent ejector air. Absolutely killed my thighs whether I was in the front or the rear of the train. Felt like my thighs were getting jackhammered. Now I've ridden several coasters built by Rocky Mountain Construction, the manufacturer of ArieForce One. Iron Gwazi, Steel Vengeance, Twisted Cyclone and Goliath in addition to the one I'm talking about. All had the lapbars with the shin guards that let you go upside down without over the shoulder restraints. I've never had an issue with these RMC restraints on any of their other coasters that I've ridden. I thought I'd ride ArieForce One a dozen times or so. After one ride I went to ride a go kart track. It was okay nothing special. Came back for a second lap on ArieForce One. Once again I needed a break from it after that. I rode the park's other coasters, an unremarkable wild mouse called Hurricane. Hit the bathroom and took pictures of weird murals on the walls by video games and the food court. Came back for a third lap on ArieForce One. Once again it was exhilarating, exhilarating, more exhilarating then excruciating. I know a lot of coaster freaks are over the moon about ArieForce One - about the only other people riding it were maniacal masochists who were walking roller coaster encyclopedias. And I wouldn't mind working my way up to being a walking roller coaster encyclopedia but to be that I need to be able to walk. Love everything about ArieForce One until those bruising bunny hills at the finale. To me that ride is unmarathonable. Fortunately I did need to make good time on the road and I had lots of other fun things planned on this trip and I knew I would be spending a pretty penny so I didn't much mind the cash I sunk into that wristband. This Fun Spot is just so odd and its marquee attraction has a fatal flaw but I'll still give the place three stars. Here's to knowing when to say when.

Huge shoutout to Charles Gear, our driving coach, who truly made the day exceptional. Driving the Porsche 911 Carrera S on the South track was exhilarating, but what set this apart was Charles' knowledge, calm confidence, and ability to make you feel both comfortable and excited at the same time. He didn't just coach the drive, he coached the entire experience. What I loved most was how Charles walked us through the full history of Porsche and then guided us through the museum with so much detail and passion. Every story, every design choice, every evolution of the brand was explained in a way that made you appreciate Porsche on a deeper level. You could feel how much pride and love he has for the brand, and it was contagious. This was more than a driving experience. It was education, history, adrenaline, and luxury all wrapped into one.
