The staff offered me snacks and Miriam especially was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable when washing my hair! Downsides, my hair does feel very dry and damaged now. They were pretty busy and my stylist was alternating between me and two other women, even though I had an appointment. It kind of felt like they forgot about me at times and they left the color and bleach in my hair for a very long time without checking on me regularly. Overall, I'm not sure that I will return because it is fairly expensive. But I do really appreciate Mai fixing my color!

This is simply the best hair salon I have ever been!!! I have wanted to give a change to my hair color and I had decided to bleach it to make the tone lighter. I brought a picture of a celebrity with the hair color I wanted and showed it to the hair stylist, Grace. I didn't expect my hairs to come out exactly like the picture, but the outcome was beyond my expectations. It was the perfect color that I wanted and the light pink color that Grace recommended to me was so well-mixed with the other hairs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their hairs done satisfactorily without getting so much damages to their hairs. My hairs unbelivably had no signs of damage anywhere, even thought I had bleached them. My guess is that they use a very good hair products that don't give a lot of damage to your hairs. This was my 1st time going to Echan Hair Salon and I was very pleased with the people there. They were very friendly and professional. They have lots of knowledge about hair and trend. My hair was dry and damaged and was getting out of control. I wanted my hair straighten and recovered my damaged hair without any haircut. My stylist recommended me "Silk Magic" or "Silk keratin magic"??? Something likes that. I didn't know exactly what they were, but it sounded like something that will help recover my hair. He said that this treatment was not like magic straight but instead it was a type of keratin treatment which makes my hair shinier and healthier and covers the damaged hair. The third picture is what my hair initially looked like before coming in - incredibly damaged and falling out from a botched bleach job at a previous salon. Clara not only brought my hair back to life and replicated the *exact* hair color I showed her from the reference pictures, but it was the best salon experience I've ever had! I showed the hairstylist an inspiration photo of the updo I wanted, and she was able to recreate it beautifully while adding her own touches to make the style work for me. The hairstyle was actually pretty intricate, with lots of curls, rolls, and bobby pinning needed to create the updo, but she managed to knock it out in less than an hour! She started by curling all of my hair and then, with so much attention to detail, carefully pinned and shaped each curl into a beautiful high updo bun. I was impressed watching everything come together because there was so much detail involved in getting all of the curls perfectly placed and pinned. To finish the look, she even added a pretty flower hairpiece on the side, complimentary, which was such a sweet touch and really completed the entire look. I was so happy with how my hair turned out, especially considering that I brought in such a complicated inspiration photo. I'll definitely be coming back for future hair styling, and I'd love to give them a try for my haircuts as well!
