As my wedding is getting super close, I reached out to see the status- with tariffs and shipping from China- the Xerf process was held up. I was generously offered a facial including neck; plus Thermage (value 4k) to make up for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with the empathy shown by Samantha who is handling all these delayed Xerf appointments. My facial with Fran was amazing- she was very easy to talk to ; very kind and informative about my skin. Marci performed my thermage and she was extremely knowledgable and thorough . 5 stars for the services and the compassion of Samantha to be resolution oriented when my timeline was getting compromised. Loss of one star only for the lack of clarity that the Thermage procedure is soooo expensive that it replaced the two xerf sessions that I purchased. The staff informed me over the phone when I called to be able to tip through venmo that the services rendered were practically triple the original product price so no more services are honored and the transaction is considered complete . As a first time client, grace needs to be accounted for on both sides. My first interaction with this place was through IG messages, then texts, then the service then my follow up to clarify what's still available to me which is nothing since Skin Solutions considers my obligation fulfilled. I think this is a business that is doing their best and they genuinely try to have the clients needs at heart. I will also note that my fear was melasma for the extreme heat from Thermage and I am happy to report it was not activated in any way so I consider the treatment a success.

When I arrived, she applied numbing cream as she had another customer - making use of her time for both herself and customers which I thought was very smart. The microblading process was quite painful even with the numbing cream but the results were fantastic. My brows have appeared to be darker and fuller while looking natural. I came back today for a follow up appointment with no additional charge and cannot wait for my eyebrows to heal! I loved her hospitality and work. I take care of my lashes (wash them periodically after the first 48 hrs), brush them when needed, and i dont pull or pick at them. By the time i reach the second - third week, they start falling off and getting big gaps. I know its normal for natural lashes to shed, but i have never had lashes last this short! My lash extensions have always lasted me 8 weeks when i get them done at other places, but never by the 2.5 week when i come here. Dont get me wrong, i still enjoy coming here knowing my lashes are going to look perfect, but i really wish they would use higher quality products to make them last much longer.
