Part I: Production of Service…read more I drove by this business for weeks as it appeared often closed. I finally stopped by and went to check---to my surprise it was open. We had a delightful conversation about my trials and attempts to visit store w/ making very general advisements to make his business appear open. I told him I consult businesses on this very matter. But, I did not come to "consult" just to share my experiences as a [Consultant] to further qualify my advisements and recommendations. See Photos [initial greetings, directions and instructions pertaining to my order, and "follow-up" email. I NEVER heard from the person, manager, store owner. There was no consideration for "the time" taken to drive by and walk-in, to engage in conversation, briefly and to offer no explanation for choosing not to accept the order, request and my business--is disgraceful, dismissive and unfair. I found the owner, Haig to be timid, shallow and clearly not a sufficient communicator, a skill which I require before I accept any business. I'm glad, Haig, the owner revealed himself beforehand. Buyer Beware Part II: Customer Service [ ZERO Stars ] Haig, owner of PrintOnAll--did no work. So therefore, are no "stars" to be earned. Haig, failed the customer before providing service to his customer. This is often an unprofessional small and big business pattern to "forfeit consumer relationship" before "the relationship" begins. This type of business merchant will have no problem "coming from behind the curtain" to dispute my observations and defend his character by his mis-handling of both business decisions and dealings. BUYER BEWARE-- customer comes before service and communication before business. I wish Haig good business leadership and encourage him to work on his social skills and business practices. My consulting tip: the sustainability of business is determined by establishing a social relation with your customer before a transactional relationship with their cash or credit. "Staying in business" is predicated upon "doing business later--not now" "repeat business" walk-ins and referrals--you should give absolute priority to explain yourself and allow the customer to be apart of the process to assist in the improvement and repairing of the relationship between both the business merchant and customer. To learn "what kind of customer" I am "after-the-fact" is a total loss for us both. Whether or not, you wanted my money--I still had money to spend for services I still needed. Haig, as a former potential customer, I was setting the stage--to ensure my customer satisfaction with your products and services--not yours. Good luck.

Teresa was responsive to my yelp request for an engraving job quote, was able to work on acrylic, and gave a reasonable price and FAST same day turn around. She made time for my small, but meaningful engraving job for my team at work, helped me pick out fonts that enhanced the job, and I can't wait to give there engraved performance awards to my staff! The shop is not far from downtown LA (DTLA) where I work (15-20 min drive) so that I could drop off the job at lunch. There was plenty of street parking and the shop is right in a small building next to a beauty shop and close to the 76 station on the corner. What's great about this place is also the atmosphere... you walk into the shop and see displays of creative, artistic wood cutting, paper cutting, laser cutting jobs ranging from complex 3-D models to beautifully adorned signs. Immediately you get the sense they can do anything and the only limit is your imagination! The shop is clean, smells inviting, and is like stepping into a design dream world just off this busy street. The photos of Teresa's other passion - landscape design - adorn the walls. Gorgeous. Plus, she was pleasant, helpful and finished my job early! At the end of the day, she and her husband and co-owner Al (the architect) were there waiting for me. They had my job beautifully displayed for my inspection, and I fell in love. Teresa and Al are the type of business owners you want to work with over and over. Their warmth and genuine pride in their work exudes from their heart. You feel like someone in your family just went the extra step to make sure you are pleased with your requested work, job or project and on time! I know I'm not alone. They were on their way to see a customer's building at CSULA because of the sense of connection created from the model they designed for the customer in the process. I can't say enough good things about this company. I called or wrote back and forth with at least 5 other businesses in the area before choosing them just based on their customer service in our interactions. I'm so happy I did. When I give my hard working staff their 2016 performance awards on Monday, I'm going to feel like Teresa and Al are there with me to say thank you for a job well done. I wanted 9 charcuterie boards made with my grandmas apple pie recipe on it, to give to family members for Christmas. I finally found my own wood boards that I loved. Now I needed someone to do the wood burning into the charcuterie board. That's when I found Denis. He always answered me back very promptly. He took his time and helped me create the exact look I was envisioning. I am very detail oriented and Denis was very patient with me making sure it was perfect. The boards turned out amazing!!
