ARC works efficiently, is responsive, has excellent communication, follows the requested printing specs and tasks, and makes recommendations that make sense. It goes to follow that ARC does not require hand-holding and I can trust their workflow, which during the last stages of deadline crunch time when Murphy's in the house - iykyk - is golden and a rarity.
