I stopped into this print shop last minute before a meeting the paperwork printed and they were…read moresuper quick and gracious with my request. All I had to do was email them the file they offered to print it in black-and-white or color, and the pricing was very reasonable. The vibe inside was great! I had a quick chat with a couple of the staff while waiting and they were really friendly. They also do a ton of other print work and screen printing, which is good to know. Parking was easy too. Even though I don't live super close, I'd definitely come back here over one of the big-name print places. They actually confirmed everything looked right before printing, which saved me time and money. Great quality, great service can't recommend them enough!

My now husband and I met with Jennifer from Woo Paperie after our wedding planner recommended her…read moreas her top choice for us. When we met with Jennifer, we appreciated how she took time to understand our vision, and even had some cardstock nearby to show us some options on Zoom. We ultimately hired her to create our Save the Dates and wedding invitations as she seemed personal and friendly. When I sent Jennifer inspiration for what we wanted our paper products to look like, she created an almost identical version of what we sent her. This could be perceived as a good thing as she created our vision, but at the same time I hired her so she could put her creative spin on it. Anyone can order invitations off of various websites, so I was surprised when she pretty much copied the inspiration almost exactly instead of making it her own while sticking to a theme. There were also a few times where it took several days for her to respond to emails. It would have been nice to receive an away message from her so I knew she would get back to us. Without an away message, working with her was stressful at times, especially with deadlines. One incident that rubbed me the wrong way was when I emailed Jennifer addresses for our Save the Dates, spoke with her on the phone about how to improve the etiquette (mainly the order of the names), and submitted the new list to print. Even after I spoke with her, the original list (before the edits) was printed. Luckily the addresses were correct, but I felt frustrated that the new list was not printed. I then realized that in the fine print the first list emailed is printed, so I take responsibility for not reading that closer. Regardless, it seemed strange to speak to me on the phone in the first place if the intention was never to print the updated list. Overall, I didn't completely trust that Jennifer would respond to my emails efficiently, and I therefore felt a bit on edge working with her, especially when it came to other paper products that had shorter and tighter deadlines. I think she means well, but I prefer to work with vendors that answer emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) and put their creative spin on projects, especially since it costs more money to hire someone than do it yourself online. With all that said, I am grateful that Jennifer helped us stay within budget, and the paper products we received from her were of high quality. It's just too bad there was a rough journey to the destination.

He reassured me that I could email them the headshots upon arrival and have them in minutes. This place did not disappoint. Once they opened my email with my files, I had great quality, 8x10 headshots & pre-cut résumés in-hand in under ten minutes. All I had to do was staple them together (they also provided a stapler :). I couldn't have had an easier, more convenient experience. Thank you!!!

I decided to stop and sooooo glad I did! There is street parking or a three spot parking lot connected to other businesses. I saw that there hours are Mon- Friday 8-4pm and I just happened to be off work. I walked in and was greeted by two genuinely happy faces. I told them I had no idea they were here this is awesome. They explained to me it was a family owned business, two brothers and a sister. Awww. I explained to them the print work I would like, showed pictures and gave measurements. Yes, I was prepared!! They pulled out a book with past examples of their work and just from the conversation, I knew I found the perfect place. I explained to them I was waiting to receive the final artwork back from my graphic designer and I would return. Work picked back up so making it in during those hours were tough, but luckily I was able to call in and email my Dropbox to them. Rey responded via email and phone to confirm he received the files, he downloaded them and confirmed the sizes. I ordered 1-10x4 ft banner, 1- 10x3ft banner and 2- 12x4 inch signs. I wanted wind holes added and grommets holes in the banners.I called in on a Tuesday and he quoted me they would be ready on Friday. But when Thursday came around, Rey called and said my package was ready. Wow what a quick turn around!! Love it! I was able to sneak away during my lunch break to go pick up the signs and they were every thing I imagined! Don't think twice about trying another print shop, go here!!! Very reasonable prices, quick turn around without paying for rush and amazing quality.
