If and when something comes up, he will find REASONABLE solutions. He won't just hang you out to dry. Everything was done exactly as I asked. The final product looks amazing. My budget was for cosmetics only but we brainstormed together and made the most out of my budget. He never once tried to lead me down a path that would put me over budget. His crew worked non stop to finish the job in time for my elderly Mother to move in. 10/10. They really alleviated a lot of the anxiety associated with kitchen renovation. Johnny was responsive and kept to the timeline. I also appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach. I highly recommend Inland Cabinets! I also wanted to mention that we ran into some mold and water damage at the start of the project. This almost halted everything for us. Johnny generously offered to take care of the necessary repairs and prep so that the kitchen project could continue. It was such a relief and the work done was incredible and thorough. Johnny also added in pull out spice rack for free. Just a wonderful and generous gesture. We so appreciated his care and thoughtfulness. When I sent pictures over to Johnny of our kitchen before he couldn't believe I wanted to change the counter tops and back splash. But even though it looked nice there were a ton of imperfections. So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. In the matter of 2 weeks we had a whole new kitchen. The attention to detail his crew provides is unmatched and his prompt communication is very rare in this type of field. Engaging his service was so easy - based on our communications via Yelp, I just sent him my granite slab receipt, he picked it up, cut it to size, came on time, did a precise demo (minimal mess, no dust clouds in my kitchen), then custom fit and installed my new countertop. He even cleaned up the other countertops in my kitchen and sealed them all up so everything matched and looked great! It was beautiful, better than I was expecting! And he cleaned up the floors of any dust from the work. Once everything was complete, only then did he take payment for the job. He is really fantastic, I really appreciated his attention to detail in making all the lines straight, clean and tight, and he just does such professional work at a reasonable price. He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

My friend referred us to YL because they recently did their home and were happy with the results. I had seen another contractor prior to meeting with the designer Tiger and his team. I decided to go forth with YL because of their prices and had a good feeling YL could do the job right. The ladies in the office, Tiger and their workers are all very nice. My only caveat is the language barrier throughout the process. They do have a show room located in Montclair. That's where I picked the flooring, countertops and cabinetry. There were some hiccups not important to mention but were all fixable. I do have to mention that this company truly works with your needs. For example, I wanted to expedite one side of the condo flooring to be done sooner due to unexpected circumstances and they were able to make this happen for me. If we had concerns, they would reply promptly and would make arrangements to see our requests through. We made a last minute decision to place a small island and have another contractor place electricity through that island. The team were willing to work with another business to make this happen for us. Now for the costs. I have to say YL is best in the business providing reasonable costs. They work fast and are efficient. We are very happy with the end result. It's been two weeks since they completed the job and I look forward to coming downstairs and looking at everything. My vision was executed well. I will use them again for future projects. Thank you again, Tiger and Team.

Although the formal 12-month labor warranty expired in February, the company acknowledged the defects and agreed to perform the repairs. Resolution: Following an initial delay in communication, the contractor expedited the service and successfully closed the gaps.
