I contacted him, he refused to come back & he told warranty company my drains needed to be hydro jetted as they were "full of grease and debris." Warranty company wouldn't pay for it as it was "too expensive." I finally hired a handyman who said, when fixing. that the drain was snaked in front of a curved part of pipe, but not after and there was a clog in the pipe after the curve. Thankfully handyman cleared the pipe and the sink drains great now. I DO NOT recommend Randall & Sons.

I then attempted to clear the blockage through a cleanout access point in the basement, again without success. At that point, I called Roto-Rooter. The technician they sent was outstanding. He used a 75-foot electric drain snake and initially pulled out nearly half a bucket of thick grease buildup.
