This is the absolute best experience I've had with any type of skilled trade company that wasn't a…read morepersonal friend. My boiler kept going out, and Marty (who is very personable, informative, and honest) was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was very conservative with his approach, fixing the cheapest possible cause first. He ordered an expensive part and kept it in his, so in case the first round of repairs was not enough to fix the malfunction, he could come over quickly and get my heat back on without any delays. Luckily, that first thing wound up fixing the issue, and I didn't have to pay for what would turn out to be an unnecessary, much costlier repair. It doesn't hurt that the company has very customer-friendly policies: responsive 24 hour service (not just lip service), no diagnostic charge if a repair exceeds the cost of the visit, and no charge for any subsequent visits for the same problem within 30 days. Trustworthy, reliable repair is notoriously hard to find, but I've found it here!

This company does not care about you. We joined thier…read moremembership, and it has been a terrible experience. We asked to schedule our spring tune up in March, they scheduled us in May. Then they canceled day-of. Then they GHOSTED us THREE TIMES IN A ROW after re-scheduling us-- over and over-- no call, no-show... three times I had to call/text THEM to see why they never showed up. They never followed up or made good by attempting to fix the issue, even when after I reached out and told them about the TWO MONTHS of straight up GHOSTING and our continued desire to have them come out and perform the services they have been CHARGING US FOR the last 6 months. If you like being left in the lurch for MONTHS with terrible customer service and no communication, this is the company for you. Buyer beware, these guys do NOT care about thier customers at ALL.

I had some challenges with a recent gas-leak repair strikingly similar to Lauren S. When I…read morescheduled the appointment, I was told a written estimate would be provided before work began and that the total cost would likely be around $400-$500, based on a rate of $185 per hour for labor. The final bill, however, was well over $2,000. I was not provided an estimate on site. Two technicians were sent, and it turned out that the billing was calculated at $185 **per person per hour**, including drive time that appeared longer than travel time at rush hour from their headquarters according to Google. After reviewing the invoice, I had to seek legal advice and confirmed through an independent witness that the technicians were on site for only a few hours. We ultimately reached a resolution after considerable back-and-forth. I would recommend asking for a written estimate and a clear explanation of hourly billing before authorizing work. Write down everything and do not proceed unless you have a written estimate you agree with.
