Installer forgot to connect drain tube and exhaust clamp not tightened. Exhaust clamp not tightened could have been very dangerous. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS THEIR NOT FAMILY OWNED THEIR CORPORATE GREED OWNED. EQUITY FUNDS OWN THEM.
