Within 10 minutes I had a call from their company and was told someone would be at my home between 3:00 and 5:00. It was 96 degrees yesterday; I was already impressed that a service person would be sent that day! At exactly 3:00 AireServ was at my house. Within 15 minutes Brett had the problem diagnosed and making repairs. When he pulled the capacitor out it was in serious shape. He replaced that and then took the time (it's about 93 degrees at this point) to take my hose and clean out the unit. He then came inside and looked at the furnace's lines to make sure they were efficiently working to blow the cool air around. Brett was nothing less than a fantastic representation of AireServ. Very knowledgeable and a great people person. He explained everything in detail and reminded me that the $99 service call would be credited toward my bill. So..........one of the hottest days on record, I have Mr Brett at my house within a short time, repairs made and all lines checked. This cost me less than $315! There is no other company that I would recommend for any kind of cooling or heating situation--AireServ is #1. I talked with their management last night and expressed my gratitude. He was such a kind person. This company is amazing!!!!!!

I called for service regarding a water filter system that Aireserve had previously installed along with a water softener system that they also installed. Jeremy arrived exactly when he said he would and dismantled and replaced a faulty water filter housing and securely mounted the new system to the wall so that the changing of the filter would be easier for me to do...it involved removing and rerouting the Pex piping that was in place and installing a new housing that we provided.Jeremy took the time to explain what and why what he did was necessary and instructed me on the steps to replace the filter and how often. Jeremy then primed my saline tank and gave me instruction on how to maintain my softener system. Jeremy then drained out water tank to rinse out any sediment that may have amassed in the water heater. Jeremy was very courteous and cleaned up after himself when he was done and made the overall visit painless and informative. I would highly recommend Airserver/Mr.Rooter plumbing to anyone that needs fast, informative and courteous service in there home for all your plumbing and hvac needs!

I cannot say enough good things about them. They are smart, courteous, timely, affordable, dependable, understanding and hardworking. On both my first home and now my second my attic had too little insulation and the walls none... they sealed rim joists, and around my chimneys, they packed my walls full of insulation, fixed my soffits and blew in new insulation in my attics. WHAT A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE. Not just in my bills but in how my house FEELS. The temp is more even, i no longer have cold rooms and warm rooms, my furnace runs less and my air conditioner keeps a more consistent temp through the hot summer. They are environmentally conscious with the materials they choose and can tackle any need you have, from windows, to roofs, to furnaces to air sealing and insulation. HIGHLY recommend.
