Briggs arrived on time the next morning and did an excellent job. In the process of hooking up the new water heater he had to replace a gas valve and some copper water piping. He also installed a pan under the new water heater with a drain pipe. He did all this at no extra charge. I am extremely satisfied and will call Briggs again for my future plumbing needs.
