We contacted MM for a furnace review and Ryan noticed the water heater had been installed and vented incorrectly and was releasing CO² into the house. They are going to correct that and install a new water heater. Mechanical Man has always been honest and dependable and Ryan was absolutely wonderful. We were assigned someone who was probably working his first day, but were told that we would be charged an exorbitant amount for his time. We were given several "options" from a multi tiered service plan, but were only allowed to choose from either of the two most expensive options. Can't recommend. The only reason for more than a one star rating is that the job was done properly. read more
