We only found this out after calling the company when we saw that our credit card was refunded... no email regarding this was ever received in our inbox or junk folders. Either way, cancelling tickets after they've been issued to the public, and plans/trips have been made is so completely unprofessional. My only challenge was the height of the stairs - they're pretty high and especially with heels, they are a little hard to manoeuver. If you have sore knees you'll find the height tough as well.

I have NEVER witnessed such poor execution and lack of service/resolution. Upon arrival, the bus driver disregarded event signage and dropped the entire crowd off right where the Bride was standing before the wedding. Two people stopped and physically spoke to the driver to ask him to turn around, but he disregarded them and the bride was exposed to every guest before the wedding. WORSE, they did not show up for pick up. The bride had to start making panic calls, where the dispatcher LAUGHED at her. The Bride had an entire crowd of people who could not drive due to drinking, at a location where public transit is not available. The insincerity from Arrowhead was just gross. It took an extra hour to get a bus there to the venue for pickup, followed by an HOUR bus ride to the hotel that should only be about 30 minutes away. This is literally what wedding nightmares are made of. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GUESTS STRANDED! Book literally any other company for shuttling.

This is the bus service for Leduc. It used to be C-Line Transit, but it got renamed. Before there…read morewas just a route to Edmonton and back, but now there are a few routes around Leduc and Nisku. There's even a route to the Airport and the Outlet Mall. I believe the fares to Edmonton are a bit higher, but a one-way fare around Leduc or to Nisku or the airport is $2 (cash only). You can also buy a monthly pass, but I don't take the bus that often. The Edmonton bound bus is a full-size bus, but the other buses are much smaller (about 20 seats). The seats are comfortable. While.the Edmonton bound bus has WiFi the other bus routes don't. I wish they would add WiFi to all their buses.

I was so upset…read more The phone kept saying my cab was one minute away but I waited for 30 minutes before calling another company and that took another 15 minutes at which time the co-op cab had still not shown up. After I left I got a call from co-op asking why I wasn't there waiting for my cab, I was even more upset then and blocked them.
