I then signed contract to have all wood pressure washed and one coat of stain applied to floor surfaces. After I saw the results of their pressure wash, I pointed out many areas that were unsatisfactory: railing surfaces that were ripped, circular machine lines and many areas untouched of the previous stain. The "techs" just shook their heads (although company responded that I told the guys "good job". I had hoped that staining would camouflage their poor workmanship. (We had renters coming in the next day so time was of the essence.) When I contacted the company the following morning, I was told that there was nothing they could do since I had applied the stain on the remaining parts. As I told them, final result had nothing to to do with the applied stain. It had everything to do with the results of the pressure wash. I tried to negotiate a return of part of the money paid since deck will need to be pressure washed again. I was refused. DO NOT use this company. Showed up with 9 guys, and 2 lift trailers and got right to work at 7am, we were concerned about them getting done in one day but he showed up with the manpower to get it done.
