She rivals Dr. S and keeps her spirit in the practice. I am almost 50. I have a panic/anxiety disorder that I manage. I got my first IUD today. T2 couldn't have been kinder, more empathetic, gentle, and transparent. This process was so easy. She set me up for what was going to happen, the reality of the situation, and everything else to ease my nerves. The procedure (something that was spiking my anxiety) was so easy. If my son's doctor is unavailable, we'll be scheduled with another pediatrician. They're all very friendly and very helpful. They also stay open until 8pm accepting walk-ins. Very convenient when you have a sick kid outside of business hours. The doctors certainly show more care and interest than those in the ER.

Still! I have been prescribed medication by the nurse which is not at all do what she said it would for me. And I have now missed my follow up appointment due to never being contacted for it. Each time I am in that waiting room I can hear the front desk ladies calling patients reminding them of their appointments and or if they missed one. I have yet to receive a missed call as well. I was again was just charged a bunch of money for them to tell me everything is fine. Everything is not fine though. But they do not care enough to even attempt to figure it out. They just slap one a "bandaid" and charge you hundreds of dollars for it. Overall would NOT recommend this place to any woman who cares about their body.

After a few months with the IUD inserted, I started feeling pain in my stomach and ended up in the emergency room. After running some tests, they figured out it was the IUD causing my problems. They stated that since Sharon was the one who inserted the IUD, then she would need to be the one to remove it. The next day I made an appointment to see Sharon. She not only refused to take any responsibility for the IUD, she blatantly lied to my face about what the ER doctors were telling me the night before. It seemed she thought we were blaming HER for the problems I faced, but in reality, no one was. I simply needed the IUD to be removed and was instructed that she was the only one who could do so. Not only was she incredibly rude, but after I began to cry, she said "I don't understand why you're crying...". I told her to just remove the IUD so I could be on my way. Once removed she held the IUD in my face saying "See, there is nothing wring with this. See?!" and then she left the room, did not make eye contact and didn't make any attempt to communicate with me again. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone. EVER!
