If my son's doctor is unavailable, we'll be scheduled with another pediatrician. They're all very friendly and very helpful. They also stay open until 8pm accepting walk-ins. Very convenient when you have a sick kid outside of business hours. The doctors certainly show more care and interest than those in the ER.

Price lack of transparancy, lack of communication and price gouging causing patients and customers…read morestress and wasted money at the hands of the "professionsls" and services and tests they take is common practice and getting worse with their operational processes and systems and 3rd parties handling their operations.   While building lots of new buildings in locations (charging over 225.00 for a walk in visit which is never posted as the cost when you check in or on the walls or websites) then grab your insurance card hoping the insurance will pay for the ennormous charges for doing literally nothing for the patients or referring them to someone else is quite a scam. Seems Christie, OSF and Carle are now in the decptive business bankrupting many folks who even have high cost health insurance.  They bank on the price setting I guess and set them as high as possible and pricing services way more than realistic.  People are loosing all hope in the collections, medical and operational systems Illinois and these medical systems have in place.

I was recommended here by my husbands grandmother. The front desk, nurses, and doctor were all patient and incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. I could not control my emotions out of worry for my son and they were totally understanding and willing to be patient while I worked through my tears to give information. The facility was extremely clean and worked quickly to get us back. The nurses were so kind to him trying to be playful while getting why they needed. Once the doctor came in and spoke with us we could immediately see how down to earth she was. She took extra time to give us directions to an ER if it became necessary through the night & listen to his total history. After we left, I called back to ask questions and they were happy to help again. *this place is the kind you want to write a personal thank you card to* I would recommend this place to everyone in the area. She rivals Dr. S and keeps her spirit in the practice. I am almost 50. I have a panic/anxiety disorder that I manage. I got my first IUD today. T2 couldn't have been kinder, more empathetic, gentle, and transparent. This process was so easy. She set me up for what was going to happen, the reality of the situation, and everything else to ease my nerves. The procedure (something that was spiking my anxiety) was so easy. They ran the wrong labs and when I told them I wasn't going to come in for them to take new ones - they still billed me for their mistake. On top of that, they "document" lies so when you take it up higher, they tell you that "it's documented so you still have to pay". Pretty much your word against theirs. The staff was so undeniably rude and unprofessional and something should legally be done about this office. If you want to read more stories like this, I'd suggest reading other reviews on google. I'm not the only one - it's a theme with this office.
