If my son's doctor is unavailable, we'll be scheduled with another pediatrician. They're all very friendly and very helpful. They also stay open until 8pm accepting walk-ins. Very convenient when you have a sick kid outside of business hours. The doctors certainly show more care and interest than those in the ER.

This review is for OSF Healthcare Central Scheduling. Went to primary care doctor who is affiliated…read morewith OSF. The office gave me a card with information about the test that was needed and information with number to call. The number was to OSF Healthcare Central Scheduling. Called into central scheduling to first get a person that had no idea of what the test was to be performed. Was put on a long hold then after 7 minutes the call switched to the give a rating of how your experience was. Gave a zero. Called back to central scheduling this person said he did see the test but could not schedule it and then said someone would call be back. Many hours later a person called back from central scheduling and asked when I would like the test done. I ask for first available she gave a time 8 days from time of call. This test is a quick Ultrasound that would take maybe 5 minutes or lest to complete. I asked the person if she was referring to the correct test as she called it something different than was the doctor had listed. She was not for sure and said this was the only information she had. So I was not able to schedule any test as I am waiting for my primary care to call back. This appointment should have been completed while I was at the primary care facility. Very poor service by OSF

I was recommended here by my husbands grandmother. The front desk, nurses, and doctor were all patient and incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. I could not control my emotions out of worry for my son and they were totally understanding and willing to be patient while I worked through my tears to give information. The facility was extremely clean and worked quickly to get us back. The nurses were so kind to him trying to be playful while getting why they needed. Once the doctor came in and spoke with us we could immediately see how down to earth she was. She took extra time to give us directions to an ER if it became necessary through the night & listen to his total history. After we left, I called back to ask questions and they were happy to help again. *this place is the kind you want to write a personal thank you card to* I would recommend this place to everyone in the area. Feeling so blessed for the time they gave us on a Saturday.
